So suprise that the hotel owner and staff speak english well. They helped me to book bus to Siguniang, even I think that’s quite complicate with foreigner who can’t read like me but it’s so cute and helpful from them. Even I changed the plan because bad weather, just stay one night and back to Chengdu the day after but really happy with this hotel

The hotel is very new and modernly equipped. It even has voice activated AC, music, alarm clock, etc. But you have to speak Chinese to Xiao Ai Tongxue (the voice activated device's name, like Siri in iPhone). I would say Yushe Yunshan is a 4* or 4,5* hotel at most. However, the hotel does offer pick up/delivery from/to the bus station and from/to Jiuzhai scenic areas. The front desk staffs and drivers were all very friendly and helpful, although they don't speak English. But of course we can use Google translate to communicate with them.

The location is good, more than 300 meters away from the Moon Bay parking lot and a few kilometers from Jiuzhaigou. The room I booked has a terrace, which is also good, with a wide view. The beef hot pot restaurant downstairs is also good. Three people checked in, and the owner took the initiative to give us a set of toiletries and slippers. It was raining outside. I was out for half an hour, and the owner even lent me an umbrella

They got a lovely lobby which i enjoy the hot tea and coffee. The room is pretty nice for a couple and they got a complimentary tea which is lovely btw love the mirror. Their rain shower in my room might not work that much but still okay. Their hotel is not far from the Jiuzhaigou scenic spot which it took me around 7-10 mins to walk. Lastly the front desk receptionist they’re amazing! They help us with everything which is so kind.

The hotel is in a very good location and has a large parking lot. The moment I entered the lobby, I was shocked by the decoration and environment. The front desk clerk checked us in very enthusiastically and introduced the hotel's facilities and equipment and how to use them. After dinner, I went to the hotel's hot spring to take a bath and wash away the fatigue of the journey. When I returned to the room, the temperature of the floor heating was just right and I had a good sleep. On the second day, I set off for the dream Lixiaolu. It was a perfect trip.

Very Good, the room is very very big, and comfortable. We didn't expect it because the hotel is in a rural area, but wow it's very nice. The room also has a heater and a bed heater. They don't have an elevator but they will help you carry your luggage. The breakfast menu is limited but everything is produced from their farm. You can also ask for a cup of tea to overcome altitude sickness. You can also have grill bbq at your room balcony.

True Go so Hotel I liked. Geographical location is good, close to Business and Trade Center of Shenzhen, nearby to Ganshi Metro station. I have updated the room for free. It’s pleasant. First, the room is very good. The window view is good! The location is quite reasonable, the bathroom is divided into dry and wet zones. Room has spacious table, sofa large and comfortable. A few days when I was there, there were heavy rains. The hotel is well protected from moisture. In the room quietly, sleep was very comfortable. But, most of all, I was surprised by friendly service and very friendly attitude. Most of all, I will touch with kindness, attention and care of the hotel reception staff, mistress Wu Jing! Thanks a lot dear Jing! There are also many types of breakfast, and all employees are very friendly, will be very careful to watch your needs and humbly ask if there are changes and shortcomings. It's a bit of a walk from Hongdae Station, but with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores along the way, the walk is enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, and everything was comfortable, though the room with two beds was a bit small. I had a great stay and would book here again if I visit Korea.

The hotel is new and very clean. All the rooms are suites having a loft for luggage or ski gear etc. Bathroom is big and nice. Balcony is a plus. Location is 10 min from the slopes via shuttle bus which runs twice daily. There are 3 restaurants and a coffee shop and some other function rooms. There is also a ski rental shop in the lobby that gives big discounts on rental and ski lifts which we highly recommend. Service is good. The only downsize for us was that the room temperature was too high and could not be adjusted in time for it to cool down for the night. We called the reception every day to ask them to lower down the floor heating but the temperature was still very high, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Therefore in the first night we opened the balcony door and as a result I caught a cold that lasted for the rest of the holiday. Overall it is a good place to stay.

The front desk receptionist are very friendly and helpful. They provide excellent information and help us in getting our attraction booking done, as we don’t have local number👍👍They do managed our luggage well and assist us to bring it down to the exit upon check out👏👏 Excellent room with modern look design, clean, comfortable and spacious enough for a family of 6. Functional fridge and washing machine is a bonus to us, we can do our laundry for our 3 nights stay here. Location is strategic, just 1@2mins walk to metro station. Shop, restaurant and convenient stores just nearby. Definitely will be back again once we have chance 😊😊💯💯

Haitao's home is in a very good location, right inside Dongsheng Forest Farm. The yard is very large, and there is a gate with corridors on both sides of his home. It happened to be snowing when I came here, so I was so happy ^_^ Hygiene: clean Environment: Very good. The area should be the largest in Snow Valley. The location is very central, 3-4 minutes away from Bonfire Square Facilities: perfect Parking: Convenient Service: It costs more than 100 yuan a night. We don’t need to ask for too much. When we come to Northeast China, we just want to experience the local customs. The bosses are very nice and enthusiastic, and the service is very good. On the first day we arrived, I felt sick. Cold medicine is also provided, and there is actually free breakfast in the morning, and it is provided every day: teaching and shooting of pouring water into ice, snow gloves Although I slept on a kang, the room was just the right size, but not hard at all and very warm. It had its own bathroom and windows. You can see the snow outside. You can also order food at Haitao's, and the prices are very reasonable and the food is delicious. The atmosphere is very warm and nice. Everyone in the B&B is happy and happy. Everyone can sit and eat together, eat frozen pears, and splash water together to make ice. I simply don’t like it too much! Recommended dishes, chicken stewed with mushrooms, pork stewed with vermicelli, endless aftertaste! This is the most worry-free, affordable and value-for-money treasure B&B I have ever stayed in! I really like it. recommend!

Absolutely loved the view & the peaceful surrounding, we woke up to the view of horses and cows eating grass. A very comfortable stay i’d repeattt its not too far from dukezong their ancient city. Also, the hotel were very helpful + assisted me in booking a personal driver to bring me to tiger leaping gorge and helped organize a car to pick me up and send me to the city. Overall 10/10 service was impeccable + lovely views

Location is inside dukezong ancient city. Didi can rch directly. Place is very clean. Wifi is good. Right outside is convenience store and quite a lot of food. Abt 5 min walk to guishan park entrance. Owner and his wife and son are all very friendly people. I took a tour to rch here, came early intending to bag drop but owner allowed me to check in early. Hot water is pretty much instantaneous here, dont need to wait. Slight lack of plugs. Cos they also provide oxygen machine and humidifier and electric bed warmer haha. All life savers as night here is very cold and dry. Laundry also available on second level but no dryer though. On my last night i came back freezing and owner son offered me nescafe coffee bags! Cant believe got nescafe in shangri-la haha! Owner also provide transport to shangri-la station upon check out. Lady boss offered me ginger tea when she heard i caught a cold. Very friendly people. There is also a dog here that greets all people politely. Overall a great stay!

The room we booked comes with a free ethnic or Hanfu costume, which is very suitable for beauties who like to take pictures/travel photos! The beautiful girls and handsome guys at the hotel front desk, as well as the young ladies and photographers who help with makeup photos are very friendly and attentive, and the service is very thoughtful! We arrived at the hotel very late, and Xiao Guo at the front desk ran out to pick us up and helped us deliver our luggage to the room. It was really hard! The front desk staff of the hotel are very active in helping to solve all problems or needs of guests, and I am very grateful for their help. The only thing is that I hope the hotel sanitation staff can check the daily necessities needed in each room every day and replenish them in time, such as toiletries, shower gel, and toilet paper. Everything else is great👍!

We loved our stay here! The owner is so kind and helpful. Without him we wouldn’t have managed to travel around the area and explore so many things 😃 he also makes amazing Yunnan tea and coffee! The guesthouse is very nicely designed in a modern way, we had everything we needed and we felt very much at home. It is located right next to the old town, you can easily reach the main sights in Lijiang Old Town on foot. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. It’s the perfect guesthouse in Lijiang 😊

The most satisfying accommodation on this Yunnan trip! It meets all the needs of outing accommodation: quiet, sanitary, close to scenic spots, the boss's family is very good, upgraded our room for free, free pick-up and drop-off, when we left at 6:30 in the morning, it was still dark, and the boss drove us to the high-speed rail station. The homestay is in the ancient city, only five minutes walk from Guishan Park, the prayer wheel, and Sifang Street, which is very convenient. I strolled around the ancient city every night for the past two days, and returned to the homestay when I was tired. Five-star praise! If I have the opportunity to come to Shangri-La next time, I will definitely choose here again! ! !

I moved to this hotel very late at night for catching my early morning flight the next morning. All lights were dimmed and not many hotel staffs at lobby. Check-in process went smoothly with good hospitality. Room was clean, neat and every facilities in the room worked perfectly. Although you could hear low noise from airplane from time to time, the hotel prepared ear plugs for you. Very well thought.

Although the dinner was a set meal, I was a little disappointed, but it was delicious and seasoned just right. For breakfast, it was the first time I encountered a restaurant where I had to find a seat by myself. I had to avoid dining with group guests so as not to ruin my mood.
