The environment of Taole Forest B&B is very good, quiet, very close to Shaolongguan, the room is warm, the heating is very good, especially warm. The young ladies have a good attitude and warm service. There is also a big fat cat called Red Bean, which is very cute. I will definitely stay here next time!

The décor is a beautiful, personal curation: art and personal book collection, vintage porcelain, silk cushions, and carefully chosen artworks. Nothing feels excessive or staged. Every object has intention behind it — a celadon vase here, a bronze figurine there — and yet the overall feeling is one of warmth and ease, not a museum. The rooms are serene, the linens impeccable, and the little touches — embroidered pillow slips, a hand-painted watercolour above the bed — speak of a host who genuinely cares. The lady boss is a gracious and soft spoken lady. She offers just the right amount of company and showed us the warmth of Gongtan residents through her actions and food. This is not just a place to sleep. It is a place that stays with you.

The Moye Tang Resort Hotel is nestled near the entrance of the Shibati historical district, a charming grey building with a Republic of China architectural style. Its excellent location, adjacent to Shancheng Lane, Jiefangbei, Jiaochangkou, and Bayi Square, means it's surrounded by shopping and dining areas, yet still offers a quiet retreat for a good night's sleep. The hotel breakfast is served in the Western-style restaurant next to the lobby on the first floor. Each day, guests can choose from three refined and delicious set menus: Western, Chinese, or 'Xiao Mian' (small noodles), which are perfectly portioned to avoid waste. The complimentary double afternoon tea is also delightful. The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable bedding. The bathroom features a wet-dry separation, a bathtub and a shower, and a smart toilet. Hot water is plentiful, and thoughtful amenities like facial towels and disposable bath products are provided. I must especially commend the hotel's concierge service. From adding the concierge's WeChat before check-in, they took care of everything: daily room cleaning, breakfast reservations, extra bedding, replenishing drinking water, and even weather alerts. Essentially, from check-in to check-out, all my needs and small requests were handled efficiently and promptly by the concierge, making me feel truly at home. I stayed at Moye Tang for 6 nights and 5 days without moving elsewhere – I highly recommend it!

My first impression of Bojie Yingjiang Hotel was how lovely the environment is. Built by the river, the views are expansive and the overall decor is simple yet elegant. The public areas are clean and well-designed, creating a very open and inviting atmosphere. The facilities exceeded my expectations; the smart devices in the room were responsive, the bedding was soft, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was consistent. Even the smallest details were thoughtfully considered. Overall, it was quiet and comfortable, and I felt incredibly relaxed during my stay. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I traveled to Chongqing for a 5.1 holiday, and our last stop was the Wulong Fairy Mountain Scenic Area. I found this highly-rated B&B on Trip.com. We arrived full of anticipation. Since I was unfamiliar with the area, I asked the owner if they could pick us up from the Tourist Center when we were almost there. The owner readily agreed, which immediately put me at ease. Later, due to our tight schedule, I asked if they could take our luggage back to the B&B first, so we could save time and explore the sights unburdened. After a day of sightseeing, we returned to the B&B in the evening. Our room was on the second floor (as I had requested), and he had already carried our suitcases up to the room. Upon entering the room, wow, I was surprised by how large and clean it was for such a low price. The hygiene was excellent, and the facilities were thoughtfully arranged and complete, much better than the B&B we booked in Chongqing. The owner then recommended several nearby restaurants for dinner, which was fantastic! The next morning, to my surprise, this low-priced B&B even included breakfast, offering white porridge, steamed buns, stir-fried shredded potatoes, slightly spicy pickled vegetables, and whole hard-boiled eggs. It looked simple, but we felt it was much more abundant than at home. The proprietress kept telling everyone they could have more if they wanted, which instantly made us feel at home rather than adrift. (Breakfast outside would cost at least 10 yuan per person). I honestly felt the B&B owner couldn't be making much profit. In the afternoon, we were preparing to go to the Tourist Center to take a direct bus to Wulong for a train back to Guangzhou. The owner thoughtfully and warmly drove us to the Tourist Center. We travel frequently, and this is the first time we've encountered such a warm and thoughtful B&B. It's trustworthy and deserves more than five stars. We will definitely choose them again if we have the chance. Traveling to Chongqing with two other families and our kids, booking this three-bedroom apartment was definitely the right choice! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and it came fully equipped with a washing machine, a full-length mirror, and a projector. Each family had their own private space without feeling cramped. We could walk to Jiefangbei and Hongya Cave, and there were tons of local snack shops and restaurants downstairs to choose from. The host was incredibly warm and patient. We all felt so comfortable and at ease during our stay. Highly recommend this for families traveling together!

This hotel is my top choice for business trips, offering excellent transport links. It's close to the subway, making commuting a breeze, and parking is completely free if you're driving. The airport shuttle service is always punctual and reliable. The daily breakfast buffet is hot and delicious, perfect for a good meal before heading out for the day. The rooms are quiet and tidy. Overall, it's perfectly suited for business travel.

The room is very good, clean and tidy. It is located next to Hongya Cave and overlooks the entire Hongya Cave at night. The surrounding transportation is convenient and there are many delicious foods. I recommend it!

”I’ve seen comments saying that the cheaper single rooms in China tend to reek of cigarette smoke, but thankfully this hotel had no tobacco smell at all—that was a plus. That said, it didn’t feel as clean as the reviews suggested. Still, the owner was friendly, so I’d say it’s fine overall.”
