Hygiene: Everything was very clean. The villa renovation was well done. Environment: The overall hotel environment is great, with duplex rooms. The surrounding area has complete amenities and is a small commercial district, so delivery services are very convenient. The only slight drawback is the soundproofing; you can hear people moving up and down the stairs next door. Service: The service is excellent; they are very responsive and always help guests with any issues. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

It's incredibly convenient for getting around, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The unobstructed, front-row river view is truly unique. By day, you can gaze upon the majestic Yangtze River, and by night, you're treated to the dazzling spectacle of the two rivers' illuminated skyline. Photos taken by the window turn out perfectly every time, making for an unparalleled viewing experience. The four bedrooms are spacious and well-laid out, with each room being comfortable and spotlessly clean. The en-suite bathrooms ensure privacy, and there's plenty of space for the whole family without feeling crowded. The entire villa is equipped with high-end facilities and features exquisite, tasteful decor. The expansive living room and lounge area are perfect for gatherings and relaxation, easily accommodating multi-person get-togethers. The concierge service is attentive and thoughtful, with prompt responses. Check-in and check-out are efficient and convenient, and the complimentary parking is a real bonus, showing great attention to detail. The place was impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a fantastic night's sleep.

Pros: The breathtaking views of Jinyun Mountain and the Jialing River are truly exceptional from this location. The hot spring facilities are also impressive, with a good variety of pools and a cleverly designed, intricate layout. Cons: The hotel's hardware facilities are quite outdated. For this price point, the hotel could definitely learn from the operational standards of top-tier brands. Furthermore, the breakfast selection is limited, and the toiletries in the room are of poor quality – these are areas with significant room for improvement. Large sections of wooden panels in the public areas are discolored or in disrepair. Overall: If you're looking for value for money, you might want to reconsider. However, if budget isn't an issue and you prioritize experiencing the beautiful scenery and hot springs, it's definitely worth a visit. Finally, the complimentary travel photoshoot provided by the hotel was a nice touch, and I'd like to commend the photographer, Zixuan, for her excellent service.

The room was really nice, with a huge bed. The private hot spring filled up quickly with thermal water. Xiao Zhang at the front desk was very welcoming and check-in was smooth, with great service. After a late-night soak, I called for room service at midnight and the bathrobes were delivered promptly. The lamb hot pot in the set meal had a generous amount of lamb and offal. The breakfast buffet was much more abundant than standard, and the pea and ground pork noodles were especially delicious. Nanquan hot spring is right across from the hotel, so the location is excellent.

The hotel environment is quite good. The garden view room offers a lovely view of lush trees, and it's very quiet at night. It's close to Xiahaoli, Longmenhao, and the Yangtze River Cableway, and also very convenient for visiting the Chongqing Planning Exhibition Hall and the Anti-Japanese War Heritage Museum. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, even featuring a bathtub. The single bed is very wide, and the mattress has a comfortable firmness. The front desk service is excellent, and a robot can deliver takeaways to the room. The old noodle shop and Heji Baochao near the hotel are both great.

The hotel is located right in the center of town. However, be aware that guest rooms are only on the 3rd floor; the first and second floors are currently under construction. It is very noisy during the day if you plan on resting then, though nighttime is fine. Many surrounding buildings are also under renovation as the area is transitioning from old businesses to new ones. Note that the photos on Trip.com were likely taken several years ago. Breakfast is served as a set meal at a separate restaurant located just next door. ＞ That said, the service is excellent. During our stay, construction workers accidentally cut a cable that knocked out the heater for the entire building. After we complained, the receptionist worked tirelessly, coordinating with the workers to ensure the hot water was restored by 9 PM as promised. He also helped us arrange transport. Regarding location, it’s a short walk to the tourist center where buses depart for Wulong Karst Mountain. These buses leave once full, so there is no exact timetable, but they start around 8:30 AM. The room was exceptionally good, with all the facilities well-appointed. Our private hot spring bath was incredibly comfortable, and the bed was just perfect—neither too soft nor too hard. The room was also very smart, featuring a central control system with Xiao Du (a smart assistant) and a smart toilet. We had a wonderful night's rest. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Definitely not recommended on WARM DAYS because the hotel will turn off AC completely. I stayed at this hotel from 5/8 to 5/11, In-room HVAC only worked on daytime when outdoor temperature reached about 30 degrees, in room temperature was cooling down and comfortable enough. However, the hotel shut down AC system at night because outdoor temperature is not hot enough, that leading to in room temperature went back to 27 degrees, I got totally sleepless. Understood the hotel tried to save money on electricity, but AC system is the one of basic amenity systems and should not shut down the mostly of the days. Moldy grout, moldy caulking are all around the shower, the picture attached. Non adjustable shower head with fixed holder need upgraded. That shows lack of the maintenance for rooms. Room attendant provided great service she could and made me feel comfortable and welcome. All failures are belonging the management related to budget control.

The duvet was quite thin, especially for winter. I didn't bother asking for an extra one at the time, thinking the air conditioning would be enough, but it was still a bit cold even with the AC on, and it felt stuffy. I ended up catching a cold the next day. While it doesn't have smart facilities, it's more comfortable than those smart budget hotels because the room is spacious, the flooring and furniture are high-quality, and the interior design is really nice. The lower floor also feels quite secure. It's in an open residential area, which feels very safe, and there's a lot of greenery.
