I booked the 'Zuiyue' room type, which includes three suites, a mahjong room, a public restroom, one large hot spring pool, and one small hot spring pool. The water is drained and refilled for each new guest. It also comes with complimentary tickets to the RONGHUI public hot spring area, making it perfect for families with young children on weekends, especially those who love playing in the water. It's a great spot for family fun. The environment is lovely, and the staff are incredibly enthusiastic. A special thanks for the Christmas decorations!

She's practically an old friend now – I don't even need to say much; she always remembers my preference for a quiet, high-floor room and has my key card ready in advance. The check-in process is always efficient and smooth, and she'll greet me like an old friend, asking things like, ”How many days are you staying in Chongqing this time?” or ”Did you try that restaurant I recommended last time?” That perfect level of familiarity makes me feel at ease. Kathy's thoughtfulness is also hidden in the details: she notices my flight schedule and proactively offers a late check-out. If she sees I have sports gear, she thoughtfully lets me know when the gym is least crowded. This feeling of 'being remembered' adds a touch of warmth to what could otherwise be a cold business trip. She never slacks off just because I'm a regular; instead, she shows even more meticulous care, turning every encounter into a warm 'reunion.' Thank you, Kathy – this is precisely why I always choose to stay here. It's because of people like her that you want to keep coming back.

Before coming to Chongqing, I looked at many hotels and finally chose Intercity. Firstly, because it hasn't been open long, and secondly, the location is excellent – very close to Bayi Square, Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, and Shibajie. It's also near Metro Lines 1 and 2. Thirdly, it has a swimming pool, which is great for kids, and fourthly, it has a laundry room, which is essential for summer travel, so I ultimately picked it. And it didn't disappoint! Upon check-in, they upgraded my room. Although the room wasn't huge, it was clean and tidy. A very thoughtful design feature in the room was the USB charging ports on both sides of the bed, in addition to regular outlets, which is super important for charging various electronic devices. Breakfast is on the 12th floor; the variety isn't massive, but it covers the basics with both Chinese and Western options. The gym and laundry room are on the 2nd floor and are open 24 hours. Compared to other hotels, a big plus for the Intercity laundry room is that guests don't need to provide detergent; it's automatically dispensed, which is a great touch. The concierge also recommended local attractions and eateries, and they even gave me a small souvenir when I checked out. My experience this time was excellent, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Chongqing.

Among the many established hotels in Chongqing, the Tribute Portfolio Hotel Chongqing TFT really stands out. The hotel is new, with a modern and youthful design, and the overall hardware is excellent. The food details show great care, and the local flavors are very authentic, even surpassing many famous street-side eateries. The breakfast experience, in particular, was outstanding. My group booked two rooms, which were initially on different floors. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded one of the rooms, making it convenient for us to communicate, which was a big plus. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The gym is a bit small, and the swimming pool changing room had an unpleasant odor, indicating that the management of the recreational area needs improvement. There were also flaws in the room's housekeeping: leftover toothpaste from the previous guest, a non-functioning toilet flush, a clogged sink, and stubborn stains on the carpet left by a previous guest. The housekeeping and equipment maintenance from the butler department need to be strengthened. Overall, it's a new hotel with a great foundation. Once the room hygiene and facility maintenance are perfected, the experience will be even better.

Located in the heart of Jiefangbei, this hotel offers incredibly convenient access to shopping and attractions, with Hongyadong and the pedestrian street just a short walk away. Unlike typical hotels, the apartment-style rooms are generously sized and feature a separate living room, a full set of kitchen appliances, and a washer-dryer, making them ideal for business travelers staying for several days. The public areas include a gym and a heated swimming pool, and the breakfast selection is comprehensive. The overall decor leans towards a simple, homey style, though some areas show signs of wear and tear. Service response times are average; if you're looking for a top-tier hotel service experience, you might want to consider other options. However, for travelers who value spacious living areas, the ability to cook simple meals, and self-service laundry, this is definitely worth considering.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Huanghuayuan Metro Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's very close to popular attractions like Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, and the Three Gorges Museum. Plus, the airport is only a 30-minute drive away, which is super handy for travelers. The facilities are a bit dated, but perfectly acceptable. They've paid attention to the details, like putting corner protectors on tables, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in. We stayed in a city view room, which only had a shower and no bathtub, but that was fine. The hotel is well-equipped with a gym and an indoor pool. However, the pool depth is 1.6-1.8 meters, which was a bit too deep. We had excitedly brought our child for a swim, but she wasn't comfortable with the depth, so we had to reluctantly turn back. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options that both my child and I enjoyed, especially the beef brisket noodles or 'wantan' noodles – they were absolutely delicious.

Also, the breakfast the next morning was very satisfying, and everything was delicious. The meticulous attention to detail in their hospitality truly reaffirmed my impression of Westin. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, and its proximity to the metro and commercial areas makes getting around and finding food convenient. It's suitable for both leisure and business stays, and I highly recommend it.
