The room was incredibly spacious, and the two hot spring pools were a huge hit with the kids – they loved how warm they were, and we didn't have to worry about them being too noisy and disturbing others. The butler was very thoughtful, contacting us beforehand to confirm our check-in time and ensuring everything like fruit and snacks was perfectly prepared. It was a truly relaxing stay!

As a frequent guest at your hotel, every time I step into the lobby, what I look forward to most is seeing the familiar and warm smile of Kathy at the front desk. She's practically an old friend now – I don't even need to say much; she always remembers my preference for a quiet, high-floor room and has my key card ready in advance. The check-in process is always efficient and smooth, and she'll greet me like an old friend, asking things like, ”How many days are you staying in Chongqing this time?” or ”Did you try that restaurant I recommended last time?” That perfect level of familiarity makes me feel at ease. Kathy's thoughtfulness is also hidden in the details: she notices my flight schedule and proactively offers a late check-out. If she sees I have sports gear, she thoughtfully lets me know when the gym is least crowded. This feeling of 'being remembered' adds a touch of warmth to what could otherwise be a cold business trip. She never slacks off just because I'm a regular; instead, she shows even more meticulous care, turning every encounter into a warm 'reunion.' I brought my family to Chongqing and chose to stay at this Intercity Hotel in the Jiefangbei commercial district. The hotel recently opened, and its location is absolutely fantastic. Getting around is super convenient, whether by monorail or hailing a taxi on the street – it’s hassle-free. It's close to popular attractions like Shibati, Jiefangbei, and the Yangtze River Cableway, making sightseeing incredibly easy. The rooms are well-equipped and spotlessly clean, and the mini-fridge even has drinks stocked, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel breakfast offers a rich variety, blending both Western and Chinese flavors, with German dishes and authentic Chongqing specialties, so there's plenty to choose from. The infinity pool on the top floor is a major highlight; visiting at night for photos creates an amazing atmosphere and the night view is stunning. The second floor has a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is great for travelers on the go. Overall, the service attitude was also satisfactory. This was a great stay, and I genuinely recommend it! Five-star rating!

Environment: I spent 3 days in Chongqing and booked a two-night stay at TFT. I definitely made the right choice! It's a new hotel opened this year, with a stylish, understated luxury design and great quality. The lobby is on the 61st floor. Since I was with a child, they proactively upgraded us to a larger room 🎆🍒. All the staff were very polite and greeted us whenever they saw us. The butler contacted us a day in advance. Facilities: The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was strong. The minibar was complimentary. The most thoughtful touch was breakfast served until 1 PM, and there was a mini-fridge with cold drinks in the summer, which the kids absolutely loved! The pool is on the 66th floor; it wasn't crowded and was very photogenic! Dining: The breakfast was rich and varied, with many Chongqing local snacks. I highly recommend the fatty intestine noodles and the pea and ground pork noodles! Room service food was also excellent!

The location is great, very close to Jiefangbei and Shibati. It's also super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. Plus, having a washing machine and dryer was a lifesaver during the hot summer! The only minor drawback was the limited variety at breakfast.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Huanghuayuan Metro Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's very close to popular attractions like Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, and the Three Gorges Museum. Plus, the airport is only a 30-minute drive away, which is super handy for travelers. The facilities are a bit dated, but perfectly acceptable. They've paid attention to the details, like putting corner protectors on tables, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in. We stayed in a city view room, which only had a shower and no bathtub, but that was fine. The hotel is well-equipped with a gym and an indoor pool. However, the pool depth is 1.6-1.8 meters, which was a bit too deep. We had excitedly brought our child for a swim, but she wasn't comfortable with the depth, so we had to reluctantly turn back. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options that both my child and I enjoyed, especially the beef brisket noodles or 'wantan' noodles – they were absolutely delicious.

The Westin Hotel exceeded my expectations. First, the location is excellent! It's close to attractions and convenient for transportation, just a short walk to Jiefangbei and the riverside, saving my legs from getting tired. Second, the hotel facilities are well-maintained, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Third, the room service is great; they were super quick to bring an extra mattress and pillows. Fourth, the food was delicious and the service was good. Fifth, a special thank you to Lareina, who was very attentive to guests' feelings and truly represented the beauty of The Westin.

The hotel amenities are excellent, making it convenient for gym workouts and laundry. The robot room service was a unique and cool touch. Checking out and getting an electronic invoice was super easy, just one click! Overall, it's great value for money and a very comfortable stay.

This time in Chongqing, I chose to stay at Le Meridien Chongqing Nan'an, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations; I felt very comfortable. The hotel is located in the heart of Nanping business district, making it very convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. The lobby is spacious and grand, with a great atmosphere. It's clear that the hotel puts effort into hardware maintenance; all the facilities in the room were functioning properly and well-maintained. The room was clean and tidy, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay. Daisy at the front desk was professional and tactful. She handled the check-in process efficiently and smoothly, and her communication was gentle. She paid close attention to guests' needs and answered any questions appropriately. Throughout my stay, I didn't encounter any annoying minor issues. Both the hardware facilities and the staff service left a great impression. Whether for leisure or business travel, this hotel is highly recommended. I will prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Chongqing.

This stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment's location is superb, offering beautiful river views, and getting to major attractions is incredibly convenient. The hotel has an underground garage with free parking. After checking out, we accidentally left a power bank in the room, and the staff promptly called us to let us know they found it and kept it safe for us. The room was comfortable, and the service was warm and responsible. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chongqing!
