The check-in process is always efficient and smooth, and she'll greet me like an old friend, asking things like, ”How many days are you staying in Chongqing this time?” or ”Did you try that restaurant I recommended last time?” That perfect level of familiarity makes me feel at ease. Kathy's thoughtfulness is also hidden in the details: she notices my flight schedule and proactively offers a late check-out. If she sees I have sports gear, she thoughtfully lets me know when the gym is least crowded. This feeling of 'being remembered' adds a touch of warmth to what could otherwise be a cold business trip. She never slacks off just because I'm a regular; instead, she shows even more meticulous care, turning every encounter into a warm 'reunion.' Environment: I spent 3 days in Chongqing and booked a two-night stay at TFT. I definitely made the right choice! It's a new hotel opened this year, with a stylish, understated luxury design and great quality. The lobby is on the 61st floor. Since I was with a child, they proactively upgraded us to a larger room 🎆🍒. All the staff were very polite and greeted us whenever they saw us. The butler contacted us a day in advance. Facilities: The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was strong. The minibar was complimentary. The most thoughtful touch was breakfast served until 1 PM, and there was a mini-fridge with cold drinks in the summer, which the kids absolutely loved! The pool is on the 66th floor; it wasn't crowded and was very photogenic! Dining: The breakfast was rich and varied, with many Chongqing local snacks. I highly recommend the fatty intestine noodles and the pea and ground pork noodles! Room service food was also excellent!

The location is great, very close to Jiefangbei and Shibati. It's also super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. Plus, having a washing machine and dryer was a lifesaver during the hot summer! The only minor drawback was the limited variety at breakfast.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Huanghuayuan Metro Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's very close to popular attractions like Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, and the Three Gorges Museum. Plus, the airport is only a 30-minute drive away, which is super handy for travelers. The facilities are a bit dated, but perfectly acceptable. They've paid attention to the details, like putting corner protectors on tables, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in. We stayed in a city view room, which only had a shower and no bathtub, but that was fine. The hotel is well-equipped with a gym and an indoor pool. However, the pool depth is 1.6-1.8 meters, which was a bit too deep. We had excitedly brought our child for a swim, but she wasn't comfortable with the depth, so we had to reluctantly turn back. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options that both my child and I enjoyed, especially the beef brisket noodles or 'wantan' noodles – they were absolutely delicious.

I discovered the most beautiful mountain hot spring in the foggy city at Bolian. It's a secluded paradise hidden within the thousand-year-old Beiquan hot spring, featuring private villa hot tubs. You can soak in ancient springs with the sound of the river as your lullaby, where Zen and nature intertwine. The endless river views transform your days into a leisurely vacation poem. Owen's service was also incredibly attentive. It's my top choice for a Chongqing getaway, offering a full dose of healing! ♨️

The Westin Hotel exceeded my expectations. First, the location is excellent! It's close to attractions and convenient for transportation, just a short walk to Jiefangbei and the riverside, saving my legs from getting tired. Second, the hotel facilities are well-maintained, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Third, the room service is great; they were super quick to bring an extra mattress and pillows. Fourth, the food was delicious and the service was good. Fifth, a special thank you to Lareina, who was very attentive to guests' feelings and truly represented the beauty of The Westin.

We definitely picked the right hotel near Jiefangbei! The location is super convenient, right in the heart of the commercial district, so dining and shopping were a breeze. The hotel is located in the heart of Nanping business district, making it very convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. The lobby is spacious and grand, with a great atmosphere. It's clear that the hotel puts effort into hardware maintenance; all the facilities in the room were functioning properly and well-maintained. The room was clean and tidy, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay. Daisy at the front desk was professional and tactful. She handled the check-in process efficiently and smoothly, and her communication was gentle. She paid close attention to guests' needs and answered any questions appropriately. Throughout my stay, I didn't encounter any annoying minor issues. Both the hardware facilities and the staff service left a great impression. Whether for leisure or business travel, this hotel is highly recommended. I will prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Chongqing.

The hotel is located in Zijing Commercial Plaza, close to Ziwei Road, a popular online celebrity street, and within walking distance of Guanyin Bridge and Jiujie. It's also not far from Huangnibang Station on Line 6. The rooms are relatively new, most with floor-to-ceiling windows and brand-name mattresses. There's free parking and a self-service laundry room. For breakfast, you can enjoy authentic Chongqing noodles, and the soundproofing on higher floors is quite good.
