She's practically an old friend now – I don't even need to say much; she always remembers my preference for a quiet, high-floor room and has my key card ready in advance. The check-in process is always efficient and smooth, and she'll greet me like an old friend, asking things like, ”How many days are you staying in Chongqing this time?” or ”Did you try that restaurant I recommended last time?” That perfect level of familiarity makes me feel at ease. Kathy's thoughtfulness is also hidden in the details: she notices my flight schedule and proactively offers a late check-out. If she sees I have sports gear, she thoughtfully lets me know when the gym is least crowded. This feeling of 'being remembered' adds a touch of warmth to what could otherwise be a cold business trip. She never slacks off just because I'm a regular; instead, she shows even more meticulous care, turning every encounter into a warm 'reunion.' Among the many established hotels in Chongqing, the Tribute Portfolio Hotel Chongqing TFT really stands out. The hotel is new, with a modern and youthful design, and the overall hardware is excellent. The food details show great care, and the local flavors are very authentic, even surpassing many famous street-side eateries. The breakfast experience, in particular, was outstanding. My group booked two rooms, which were initially on different floors. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded one of the rooms, making it convenient for us to communicate, which was a big plus. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The gym is a bit small, and the swimming pool changing room had an unpleasant odor, indicating that the management of the recreational area needs improvement. There were also flaws in the room's housekeeping: leftover toothpaste from the previous guest, a non-functioning toilet flush, a clogged sink, and stubborn stains on the carpet left by a previous guest. The housekeeping and equipment maintenance from the butler department need to be strengthened. Overall, it's a new hotel with a great foundation. Once the room hygiene and facility maintenance are perfected, the experience will be even better.

Unlike typical hotels, the apartment-style rooms are generously sized and feature a separate living room, a full set of kitchen appliances, and a washer-dryer, making them ideal for business travelers staying for several days. The public areas include a gym and a heated swimming pool, and the breakfast selection is comprehensive. The overall decor leans towards a simple, homey style, though some areas show signs of wear and tear. Service response times are average; if you're looking for a top-tier hotel service experience, you might want to consider other options. However, for travelers who value spacious living areas, the ability to cook simple meals, and self-service laundry, this is definitely worth considering.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Huanghuayuan Metro Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's very close to popular attractions like Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, and the Three Gorges Museum. Plus, the airport is only a 30-minute drive away, which is super handy for travelers. The facilities are a bit dated, but perfectly acceptable. They've paid attention to the details, like putting corner protectors on tables, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in. We stayed in a city view room, which only had a shower and no bathtub, but that was fine. The hotel is well-equipped with a gym and an indoor pool. However, the pool depth is 1.6-1.8 meters, which was a bit too deep. We had excitedly brought our child for a swim, but she wasn't comfortable with the depth, so we had to reluctantly turn back. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options that both my child and I enjoyed, especially the beef brisket noodles or 'wantan' noodles – they were absolutely delicious.

Service overall was very pleasant and worth every penny we paid! All the staff were very polite and greeted us whenever they saw us. A special shoutout to Ashe, who was incredibly helpful, attentive and shared some interesting history about the resort and the hotspring with us. We especially enjoyed the food at the resort. 过桥米线 was definitely the star of the meals, and 碳烤冬瓜猪 was also super delicious. I also loved their breakfast, which included several local noodle selections - my favourite was the 豌杂面! A small downside was that some areas outside the main resort area felt a little run-down, and there were mosquitoes in the open-air dining area. However, the restaurant thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent and mosquito coils, so it was manageable overall.

Upon entering the room, we were incredibly touched by the lovely anniversary-themed decorations. Furthermore, the heartfelt handwritten message card and even a cake made our time truly unforgettable. My partner and I had such a wonderful time. The staff's service was prompt and courteous throughout our stay, making us feel comfortable the entire time. Also, the breakfast the next morning was very satisfying, and everything was delicious. The meticulous attention to detail in their hospitality truly reaffirmed my impression of Westin. She also kindly offered a late check-out when I left. The room was spotless and very comfortable. All the hotel staff had excellent service attitudes. The breakfast was rich and varied. The location is superb, with convenient transportation, making it easy to get around. The surrounding area is clean, with many delicious food options. It's also very close to 'Sanyanzi,' which I visited again before leaving. I love Chongqing and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit because of the warm and attentive service. Five stars!

The overall experience at Le Meridien Chongqing Nan'an exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a very artistic atmosphere and is well-maintained, clean, and elegant. The guest rooms have excellent natural light, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The bathroom experience was also great. Freya provided meticulous and thoughtful service and was very efficient. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, and its proximity to the metro and commercial areas makes getting around and finding food convenient. It's suitable for both leisure and business stays, and I highly recommend it.

I chose the Ramada Encore in Guanyinqiao for my business trip to Chongqing this time, and it generally exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient. The hotel is right in the heart of the Guanyinqiao commercial district. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station from downstairs, making it effortless for meeting clients, dining, or shopping. After work in the evening, I could even stroll out for some hotpot, which is super friendly for business travelers. I was given a business king room, which was spacious enough. The desk was large, power strips and USB ports were conveniently placed, and the Wi-Fi speed was fast. The soundproofing was good; I barely heard any noise from the corridor, so I slept very soundly. The linens and bathroom were clean, and hot water came quickly, which is very important. The front desk staff were highly efficient. Both check-in and check-out were smooth, and they even proactively helped me extend my stay until 2 PM. For breakfast, the highlight was the Chongqing noodles and freshly ground soy milk, which perfectly captured the local flavor. I ate them for two consecutive days without getting tired of them. This hotel offers unbeatable value for money. I will likely book it again on my next business trip to Chongqing.
