Pet Friendly Hotels in Fujian, China

After doing some research and navigating to Sanfang Qixiang, I finally settled on the Wenshu Hotel inside the historic district. It has a wonderful cultural ambiance. As soon as you enter, there are large bookshelves on both sides and even a dedicated tea-drinking area, all for guests to use. The hotel is also incredibly quiet, not noisy at all. It's super convenient as you can walk to wherever you want to go from the 3000 Hope exit. Second, the food has a great local flavor. The hotel shares a kitchen with the Michelin-starred restaurant next door, and their 'rouyan' (meat wontons) are especially delicious, and the peanut soup is also very good.

We checked in when it was raining heavily, the staff efficiently checked us in and even offered the lunch though it is 2 min to the closing time. We had our welcome fruits, hot soup and noodles.  The hotel provides 3 meals a day, simple but delicious meal.  Though is a 1 day stay, I am happy with the service of the staff.  

The environment is quite enchanting. Our room was on the outer perimeter, but unfortunately, there's a villa being built next door. It didn't affect us since we were out most of the day, but if you plan on relaxing in the room, it can get a bit noisy (though earplugs are provided in the room). This hotel is great for those who enjoy morning runs or walks. You can use your room key to access the Chongyang Stream scenic trail by the river, offering beautiful mountain views. The hotel's breakfast buffet is really good, with a decent variety. You absolutely *must* try the lard noodles and Zixi noodles, loaded with toppings – they're super delicious! In the room, having two sinks is very convenient for two people, but a small detail to note: the inner rim of the washbasin area should be cleaned regularly to prevent mold. There's also a good selection of pillows to choose from, so you can find one that suits you. The hotel also offers some nice free experiences, like various handicraft workshops. We didn't try the travel photography though.

I got a free upgrade to an executive suite! Ms. Pearl, the Guest Relations Manager, was incredibly helpful! She deserves a huge shout-out! She even helped me book a lunch buffet at the Ming Court Chinese Restaurant and arranged for a birthday cake – it was amazing! The hotel's pastry chef uses excellent ingredients! The cream was so smooth, and the cake base was incredibly soft! I had such a happy birthday! The gym has been upgraded, and I love the new equipment!! The Christmas decorations for afternoon tea were adorable, and I indulged in so many cakes! Evening happy hour also featured the afternoon tea cakes, which was fantastic!! Dinner was great too! I loved the soup, and there was a wide selection of alcoholic beverages! You could even make your own simple cocktails! Delancey, the lovely young lady at the executive lounge, was adorable! She has a best friend with a beautiful name! ☺️ The complimentary breakfast was incredibly rich and filling! All in all, I'll definitely be back. This package was excellent value for money! There's no substitute for this experience in Xiamen!!

We arrived in Wuyi city in the morning after leaving Hangzhou, and the hotel staff kindly arranged an early check-in for us. They even provided teas and welcome fruits and kindly explain how to get the entrance of Wuyi mountain from XIAOWU, which was incredibly helpful. But above all, the hotel itself was the highlight. It was spotless and easily the most memorable place we stayed during our 10-day trip in China. The room was very clean and we were received with a great hospitality. The rooms are set up in a luxurious way like a classy hotel. Although it is not a state-of-the-art hotel like big cities, it provides optimized design and five-star hotel services for Mt. Wuyi travel. If I visit Wuyi mountain again with my parents in the future, I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!

The room design is well thought out, the facilities are new, gaming runs very smoothly, and it's clean. Overall, a great experience.

The hotel was clean and tidy, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. I happened to catch the opening of the supermarket next door, which made driving in and out a bit inconvenient. This time, breakfast exceeded my expectations; there was a wide variety, and the food tasted great. I recommend strengthening the inspection and maintenance of doors and windows. When I first entered the room, one window couldn't close completely. After I managed to fix it myself, it finally closed properly, sealing out noise. The door lock also felt a bit loose.

As a new hotel, Longjiang years are too treasured! The whole service was intimate to foul, the staff took the initiative to help with luggage, detailed introduction of facilities, the demand response was super fast, even when the hot springs were intimately reminded of the time, there was no rusty feeling of the new hotel. The facilities are all new configurations, the intelligent guest control in the room is super convenient, the big bedding is soft and comfortable, and the window is the Jiulong River view; Outdoor more than 30,000 Pingyuan Garden Hot Springs are hidden in green plants, more than a dozen themed pools are full of privacy, as well as heated swimming pools, gyms, parent-child paradises and libraries, whether alone or with a baby can enjoy. The buffet is even more abundant, seafood, ancient early snacks one-stop punch card, with a great location near the ancient city, really a brand new resort with eyes closed and no thunder! The hotel front desk staff was polite. When we checked-in, they gave us fruit as welcome gift. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakwast was average. The hotel is near the train station but to the town centre, the journey was 30 minutes by didi. Overall, we are happy with the stay. When we left the hotel, we used their free drop-ofd service at the train station.

This guesthouse stay was an absolute delight! From the moment I booked, the customer service was incredibly patient in answering my questions, and the host gave a warm welcome upon check-in. The whole experience felt very thoughtful and personalized. The guesthouse's location is excellent – just a five-minute walk from the metro station, making it super convenient to get to nearby attractions and shopping areas. Coming back at night also felt very safe. The room decor was incredibly cozy; you can tell the host put a lot of effort into it. The soft furnishings were exquisite and stylish, perfect for photos. The bedding was clean and comfortable, ensuring a super sound sleep, and the bathroom was spotless. Even the toiletries were brand-name, which was a nice reassurance.
