This hotel stay truly exceeded my expectations! Not only were the views from the window stunning and pleasant, but the service was also incredibly thoughtful and memorable. From the warm and attentive check-in at the front desk, to the housekeeping staff who promptly responded to requests and kept the room spotless during my stay, even the restaurant staff were meticulous, proactively recommending dishes and refilling tea and water. The entire experience was top-notch, and I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

The hotel is right in the Moon River Ancient Town and was much better than I expected. It was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was plentiful. Even during the May Day holiday, the prices didn't go up too much. The hotel itself is quite spacious, and the architecture within the hotel grounds, with its white walls and black tiles, blends in perfectly. It's also less crowded than the ancient town, making me feel like the hotel itself was more worthwhile than the town.

The hotel's location is great, right within the scenic area, and there's a parking lot available, which is really convenient if you're driving. I quite like the overall courtyard-style design of the hotel; it's also great for taking pictures. The room is quite spacious, and I booked a riverside room this time. The view outside is also very nice. The bedding was comfortable, and the amenities were quite comprehensive, including a mini-bar and a capsule coffee machine. The attention to detail is impressive.

My short two days stay is the end, but feel reluctant to leave—really wish I could stay a little longer, This is the most wonderful Jiangnan water town I have ever visited—Xitan—natural,nostalgic, and peaceful.Everything here from food to accommodation, is incredibly convenient. The “Lao BanNiang” hostess is warm,attractive and thoughtful,making me feel the warmth of home even while traveling. In this fleeting journey of life,meeting kind and hardworking people is a true blessing and a stroke of fate. Xitang is beautiful because of its scenery, and genuine because of its people. I’ll definitely come back and stay longer next time.

Our family stayed for one night at the Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort during our vacation, and the overall experience was excellent. The hotel boasts a prime location right by Taihu Lake, offering a tranquil and beautiful environment that ensures a peaceful and comfortable stay. The room's facilities were well-maintained, clean, and neatly arranged, providing a high level of comfort. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of fresh ingredients and tasted quite good, definitely living up to resort standards. Overall, everything was very satisfying. The only minor drawback was the in-room television. The TV size was a bit small, and it didn't support screen mirroring or on-demand movie services, which meant slightly less entertainment for the kids traveling with us. In summary, it was a highly recommended stay with great value for money, perfect for family vacations. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we have the chance.

The minimalist design of Xitang Yuanzhu HOTEL is absolutely charming. The predominantly white color scheme gives it a fresh and elegant feel. The hotel's rooftop garden is a photographer's dream, with many unique backdrops perfect for snapping some great photos. The location is excellent, right within the Xitang scenic area and quite central. Although it's close to the bar street, it's surprisingly quiet, so the soundproofing is pretty good. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. For families traveling with pets, this place is incredibly accommodating! You can bring your pets, and there's no cleaning fee. The room even has a small patio; while not huge, it's perfect for a little dog to wander around in.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel is a bit older, but everything is very well-maintained. The lake-view room offers a delightful view, and being on a higher floor makes it even more pleasant. I've visited Qiandao Lake several times, and compared to others, this hotel offers great value for money. Upon check-in, we received welcome snacks and fresh fruit in the room, and at check-out, a farewell gift. The service was warm, polite, and attentive, and the room cleaning was impeccable. Just a heads-up: there are many families with children vacationing here, so if you prefer a quiet environment, it might be a bit noisy. Also, during peak times, there can be a queue for breakfast. Overall, this is a hotel I'd definitely return to!

This hotel is my top choice for business trips. The environment is great, clean, and the rooms are just the right size. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. There are Lanzhou noodles, wooden bucket rice, Shaxian snacks, local cuisine restaurants, and roast goose rice right next to the hotel, which is super convenient. The hotel is also easily accessible; there's a night market a few hundred meters away with all kinds of snacks, and it's close to the ancient town of Fotang. I love it so much! I'll definitely be staying at this hotel from now on.

The service was exceptional. In the mornings, staff would greet us warmly, and upon arrival, they'd actively welcome us and assist with our luggage. The breakfast spread was also very rich, and the on-site restaurant service was a thoughtful touch. The family room was really nice, specifically equipped with amenities for children. The window offered a view of Dream Valley, and the hotel's proximity to Qin Palace and Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival made getting around incredibly convenient.

It's OK. It's conveniently located in the city center. The front desk helped me upgrade the room type. In the morning, there were eggs, sweet potatoes, soy milk and other things to fill my stomach. This price is quite cost-effective. I recommend it~
