I was very satisfied with my stay. **Facilities:** Very complete and excellent. **Hygiene:** Very clean, comfortable, and fresh. **Environment:** Great, perfect for taking photos and checking in. **Service:** The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and the room attendants were also very welcoming. **Double Supper:** Very delicious. **Baked Sweet Potato:** Also very tasty.

The hotel is right in the Moon River Ancient Town and was much better than I expected. It was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was plentiful. Even during the May Day holiday, the prices didn't go up too much. The hotel itself is quite spacious, and the architecture within the hotel grounds, with its white walls and black tiles, blends in perfectly. It's also less crowded than the ancient town, making me feel like the hotel itself was more worthwhile than the town.

Overall, a great stay! They offer a generous afternoon tea with seasonal fruits, fennel beans, and a pot of yellow wine, which gives it a wonderful local flavor. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and both the mini wontons and 'mien bobo' (steamed buns) were delicious. The location is excellent, with the front facing the street and the back opening onto the river; there's even a spot where you can sit by the river and enjoy the breeze. My only minor complaint is that the room window was a bit small and faced the street, limiting the view. Also, the dog barking at night was a bit noisy.

My short two days stay is the end, but feel reluctant to leave—really wish I could stay a little longer, This is the most wonderful Jiangnan water town I have ever visited—Xitan—natural,nostalgic, and peaceful.Everything here from food to accommodation, is incredibly convenient. The “Lao BanNiang” hostess is warm,attractive and thoughtful,making me feel the warmth of home even while traveling. In this fleeting journey of life,meeting kind and hardworking people is a true blessing and a stroke of fate. Xitang is beautiful because of its scenery, and genuine because of its people. I’ll definitely come back and stay longer next time.

I booked a one-bedroom villa, and my butler Lucy gave me a free upgrade to a two-bedroom villa. The moment I walked in, it felt so grand! There's a hot spring pool outside on the basement level. The staff disinfected the pool and filled it with hot spring water beforehand, so I didn't have to do anything. Lucy, the butler, is beautiful and has an excellent service attitude. The next day, she even asked if I slept well and if I was comfortable, telling me to contact her anytime if I had any issues. The area around the villa is quiet and surrounded by lush greenery. Someone comes to clean every day, and all the staff are friendly. Next time, I'd like to book a sea-view room for a different experience.

My stay at the Greentown Qiandao Lake Hotel exceeded all expectations! The room service was especially heartwarming. Aunt Wang Zhufeng's cleaning was meticulous, leaving not a speck of dust even in the corners, and she thoughtfully provided extra bottled water. Aunts Wu Xiaofeng and Sun Qunying were equally enthusiastic and attentive; toiletries were delivered in less than ten minutes with a warm and professional attitude. The thoughtful service from these aunts made my trip feel incredibly welcoming and definitely deserves a five-star rating!

This hotel is my top choice for business trips. The environment is great, clean, and the rooms are just the right size. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. There are Lanzhou noodles, wooden bucket rice, Shaxian snacks, local cuisine restaurants, and roast goose rice right next to the hotel, which is super convenient. The hotel is also easily accessible; there's a night market a few hundred meters away with all kinds of snacks, and it's close to the ancient town of Fotang. I love it so much! I'll definitely be staying at this hotel from now on.

This hotel is amazing! Even though it's a bit older, everything about it is so comfortable. They proactively upgraded my room, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. The hotel's location is super convenient for visiting Qin Palace, Qingming Shanghe Tu, and Dream Valley. I highly recommend getting the hotel package, as it allows for multiple entries to the parks. The staff are incredibly service-oriented, always eager and patient to help guests with any issues. You can use their washing machines and dry clothes on the rooftop, and they even store refrigerated food and fruit for you. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

It's OK. It's conveniently located in the city center. The front desk helped me upgrade the room type. In the morning, there were eggs, sweet potatoes, soy milk and other things to fill my stomach. This price is quite cost-effective. I recommend it~
