Service was exceptional upon reaching the hotel. Although I wasn't able to make a booking in advance for the free pick-up transfer from the railway station, the receptionist lady was able to kindly provide an immediate service recovery. She was detailed and patient in explaining the hotel provisions as well. I also had a complimentary upgrade to a room that was more spacious. The room was clean and well-equipped with the necessary amenities, and they provide complimentary one-time covers for hygiene purposes. Location was great, less than a 5-minute walk to Baoguo Temple. Overall a good stay at this hotel!

This guesthouse truly exceeded our expectations! The room design is very stylish, clean, and tidy, with an absolutely stunning view – we could admire the snow-capped mountains right from our bed, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner's service was incredibly warm and thoughtful; not only did they provide convenient transfers to and from the scenic area, but they also proactively helped us contact and book a vehicle back to Chengdu, which saved us a lot of hassle during our trip. Any needs we had during our stay were promptly addressed, making us feel right at home. Both the environment, facilities, and service were impeccable. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Siguniang Mountain, and we will definitely be back!

Upon early check-in, I found that my reserved mountain view room was located by the road. After speaking with the front desk, the hotel immediately offered a complimentary upgrade to a river view room, which was much quieter and offered a more scenic view. Both the in-room and external facilities were excellent, comfortable, and spotless. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. All the benefits promised on my booking were fully delivered. The hotel is currently undergoing a second phase of expansion, and I look forward to even more facilities and room options in the near future.

This Tibetan-style Cloud Inn is located in Siguniangshan Town, making it very convenient to get to Shuangqiao Valley and Changping Valley. The rooms are clean and tidy, with underfloor heating, so it's not cold when staying overnight in the highlands. The owner is incredibly thoughtful; they'll pick you up if you take the shuttle bus. The first floor is a restaurant, offering free breakfast from 8-9 am daily. You can also opt for yak hotpot for lunch and dinner, or enjoy coffee there. Dining is very convenient, and convenience stores are just a short walk away. During the off-season, the streets are quiet and peaceful, and the view from the window is beautiful. If you need to go to other scenic spots, you can also contact the owner to arrange a car, which is very handy. This is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Siguniangshan.

We are a couple from the Netherlands, and we had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zhuolonglinka Homestay — an experience we will always remember! From the moment we arrived, we received the warmest and most heartfelt welcome. We were invited to enjoy tea in the beautiful courtyard, where the meals are also served, and immediately felt completely at home. Our room was incredibly spacious, the beds were heavenly comfortable, and the modern bathroom was spotless. In fact, the entire homestay was exceptionally clean. The owners are not only incredibly friendly, but also genuinely caring and attentive to their guests. Every day, we looked forward to breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious, healthy and wonderfully varied, with different dishes prepared each day. As vegetarians, we were especially touched by how thoughtfully they adapted the meals to our wishes. Whenever we mentioned that we would not be returning for lunch, they kindly prepared homemade cakes and bread rolls for us to take along, and even gave us apples from their own orchard. What incredible service and hospitality! They also helped arrange transportation for us and were always happy to think along with us when planning our day. You can clearly see that they have built this beautiful place with so much care and love, and that they are genuinely proud to share their home with their guests. What made our stay even more special was the sincere personal interest they showed in us. Our conversations and the warmth of their hospitality made this feel like much more than simply staying at a homestay — it felt like a truly special and meaningful human connection. The sea of flowers surrounding the homestay was absolutely stunning, just like our entire experience here. Without a doubt, this place deserves a full five stars — and even more! Pretty unique stay with it's decor. Room looked nicer in the photos because the lighting in the actual room was inconsistent with white and yellow bulbs. A standing lamp and the latch on a window were broken, but they fixed both the following day. They kept reassuring me it's safe (the broken latch meant the window couldnt be closed) but as a solo traveller it's still best to err at the side of caution. Plus it meant I couldn't block outside sound, and was actually woken from my nap by food wrapper noises by someone on the balcony (it's shared). For extras, the ******* clothing is actually free, 'oxygen' meant aircon, you have to remind them on the welcoming gifts, so the only thing I'd is worth paying the extras for is their handmade tsampa and butter tea. Pretty filling and you can have it as breakfast (though you might not be used to the taste haha) Overall a good experience because of their friendly service, good attitude, and always having a smile on their face. I suggest for them to be proactive in telling the guests on what their extras are and how to request fro them, instead of the other way around.

I have planned to go to Shouzhuo several times in the past few years, but I missed it because of things. This time the Dragon Boat Festival finally happened. Shouzhuo is located deep in the Bamboo Sea. The roads are easy to walk and the transportation is very convenient, but you have to be careful when you miss the bus sometimes. Once you enter the Bamboo Sea, your mood will become very good, and the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. There is no need to turn on the air conditioning in the room, just turn on the fan and it will be cool. The inn has its own parking lot and charging stations. As soon as you enter the inn, you are attracted by the architecture and scenery. It is definitely a good place to relax and unwind. Every step is a view. The room was neat and clean and it was so comfortable. The service is excellent. Every staff member is very enthusiastic and will try their best to meet any request. Any words mentioned unintentionally will be taken seriously by them. In the afternoon, a food box was given for afternoon tea, and in the evening there was rice noodles and fermented glutinous rice as a midnight snack. The breakfast was a customized meal, which was rich and delicious. I made a reservation for dinner and chose a meal price of 200 per person. I must make a reservation one day in advance. It's delicious and the portions are so generous that several tables nearby said they couldn't finish it. There are various activities such as pot throwing and archery in the inn. There is also a rice dumpling making activity on the afternoon of Dragon Boat Festival. You can choose to cook dinner for dinner or take it home. In the afternoon, the staff took us out to go fishing for crabs. The staff brought small buckets and nets to accompany us all the time. Let’s go out to watch fireflies together at 9pm. There will be more fireflies in July and August. At night, you can catch a lot of crabs in the river ditch in front of the inn. With this kind of comfortable life, I plan to stay for a few more days during the summer vacation. The room is very big. The children sleep in the attic and we sleep below. The tatami is super big and suitable for reading and drinking tea. The room is equipped with air conditioners, fans, electric blankets and heaters. I thought the curtains would let light through, but I didn't expect them to be very suitable and I could have a good night's sleep. Eye masks and earplugs are also provided in the room, but of course they are not needed. Summer is here, so the inn can prepare more ice cubes or cold beverages and beers, suitable for everyone’s late-night snacks. All in all 100 points, see you in the summer!

The B&B environment is beautiful and quiet, far exceeding my expectations. The room was also very clean. The hot water kettle is the kind that heats directly, which is very convenient. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic; she carefully explained how to use the room's facilities and even helped with luggage. The breakfast was also very generous, and you could get free refills if needed. The driver provides free pick-up and drop-off to scenic spots, which is super convenient, and he was very enthusiastic about introducing the local specialties. I'm extremely satisfied!

Nestled in the mountains, this Tibetan-style hotel offers a tranquil and serene environment. Opening the window, you're greeted by lush green mountains and misty clouds, with breathtaking natural scenery all around, far from the madding crowds. A special thanks to our butler, Tashi, who was genuinely warm and enthusiastic! Not only did he patiently recommend off-the-beaten-path attractions and local delicacies, but he also took us mushroom foraging in the mountains and horseback riding, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the highland forests. The hotel also offers Thangka painting experiences, letting you discover ******* intangible cultural heritage. If I ever visit Jiuzhaigou again, this will definitely be my top choice.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The hot spring was definitely the highlight of my stay, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, a great place for a relaxing getaway. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again! ❤️
