This hotel exceeded our expectations, and my family was very satisfied. The service, room, ambiance, and price all surpassed what we anticipated. **Room:** Spacious, simple, and clean. The hallway design is very thoughtful; you can tell a lot of effort went into it as soon as you step out of the elevator. **Service:** The front desk staff were warm and professional, especially good at understanding customer needs. For instance, we had to check out early and would miss breakfast. Instead of just expressing regret, the front desk proactively offered to prepare our breakfast in advance and leave it at the front desk. When we checked at 5:30 AM, it was indeed there. This was highly commendable and a big plus. The cleaning staff were also very responsive to requests. **Parking:** Convenient, with both street-level and underground parking available, and it's free for guests. The front desk staff proactively advised us on where to park and registered our vehicle information for parking payment. **Surroundings:** Great for dining, entertainment, and shopping. There are many snack stalls downstairs, and it's very close to a mall. **Overall:** Five-star recommendation.

We stayed at the Grand Parvac Hotel for 4 nights and had an amazing time. After a long 10.5-hour flight, we were so grateful to be offered an early check-in, which allowed us to rest and recharge right away. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were consistently kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Lisa, who went above and beyond—her warm hospitality and thoughtful gesture of arranging a birthday cake made my celebration extra special. Overall, the hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort and care. We felt at home throughout our stay and will definitely return. The hotel is beautiful, and the view from the window is like a painting. The facilities are great, and the staff were very polite, helping to deliver our luggage to the room. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful; if you're not in a hurry to enter the park, going a bit later offers a better experience and avoids the crowd. Jiuzhaigou is stunningly beautiful; I'll definitely come back again.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 5-10 minute taxi ride from Emeishan Station. The Christmas vibe was amazing! I checked in on Christmas Eve, and the whole hotel was decked out in Christmas decorations with festive music playing. It felt incredibly festive! The service attitude was excellent throughout my stay: • Concierge: From the moment I arrived, staff were there to open the car door, and they did the same when I left by taxi. Very warm and welcoming~ • Front Desk: The lady at the front desk was meticulous in handling everything, spoke softly, and even upgraded my room for free 🏠 • Coffee Bar: The manager on duty was also very kind and enthusiastically offered recommendations ☕ • Housekeeping: The cleaning aunties would always greet me with a smile in the morning 🙋‍♀️ Overall, the atmosphere felt very warm and welcoming 🧸. Every staff member was friendly. Yesterday, I encountered a minor issue midway through my stay, and the staff stayed with me throughout the process, making me feel supported. It was a great experience. 💕 Dining Experience: • Breakfast: The small noodles with bamboo shoots and beef brisket were especially delicious! 🍜 • Chinese Restaurant: The food was generally okay, but I personally found some dishes a bit oily. The sweet skin duck I ordered had a slight fishy taste, but it was acceptable. • Afternoon Tea: The staff were very thoughtful, even offering takeout and packing services 📦. In the evening, I had some cocktails and ordered snacks like fries. The overall ambiance was great 🍸. • In-room Welcome Gift: In the evening, they prepared welcome fruits, which were local Emei Mountain specialties 🍊, and croissants 🥐. Very thoughtful. Room Amenities: The room was equipped with a bathtub, and the view outside the window was beautiful. The heating was excellent, and the mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable. They even thoughtfully provided two pillow heights (one high, one low). The only minor drawback was the lack of disposable bathtub liners and bath salts. Hot Springs and Pool: Guests can enjoy the hot springs and there's also a swimming pool. The hot springs are split into indoor and outdoor sections. The outdoor section is a large pool without much decorative design, but the water temperature and quality were both excellent. Travel Photography Service: The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photography service, including 3 free photos. The photographer was very professional and patiently guided me on poses; the retoucher was also very skilled, and the photos turned out beautifully! Value for Money: The price was very reasonable, and the facilities and services were definitely worth it. Little Highlight: I noticed a small detail: even the sand-filled receptacles for cigarette butts had the hotel's logo on them, showing great attention to detail. Minor Flaw: Yesterday, I requested turn-down service, but it wasn't carried out. However, the front desk lady promptly prepared a small gift as compensation 🎁, and her handling of the situation was very good. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Emeishan~ 🎀

Our group of five families, totaling 12 people, was quite large. Xiao Zeng, from the hotel, not only contacted us in advance to provide directions but also upgraded some of our rooms for free, offered complimentary breakfast, and even helped arrange a car to the high-speed rail station. We're very grateful! The hotel is located right in Songpan Ancient City, which is a fantastic location, and the facilities are excellent.

The room is large and comfortable. I opened the ventilation air conditioner in advance. I put the slippers on the bedside and the bathroom door. The location is in place. The location should be a relatively high-end hotel. It is very luxurious from the hotel lobby. There is a small beautiful place to shop. There is a landscape garden behind for walking, and there is a single building for gym and swimming pool. I should live in a relatively low-end room type, there should be better administrative level, the price is very competitive, very cost-effective. There is a little oldschool, such as putting instant noodles in the water bar, providing some small price tags that have to be paid separately, the room is full of thick carpets, this setting seems to be a bit of a high-end hotel, When I checked out, the front desk asked me if I had any good suggestions for improvement. I was not embarrassed to say, but the flaws were not concealed. I said that it did not affect the experience of staying. The process of living was very comfortable.

We had a fantastic tranquil stay for 2 nights at this accommodation. The hosts are wonderful and show great hospitality to all their guests. They have offered rides in the area (for us a visit to the panda base was a must), organized a transfer, offered tea and coffee throughout the day and were available all the time. Our highlight was picking tea leaves with the family’s grandmother and preparing the tea with the family’s grandfather. The room and public places are cosy and well equipped. Our son loved the tree house in the backyard. The food was tasty and their menu offered us to try some local delicacies. Recommendation to everyone who wants to stay in the area around Ya’an.

Facilities: Very new, and the room's decor really matches my aesthetic, haha. Plus, there's a water dispenser, so you can get warm water, which is a big plus. Currently, the hot springs have three indoor pools open. When we went at 8 PM, it was great, not many people, and very relaxing. Environment: It's right in the middle of the valley. Our room faced the street, but it was actually fine; there weren't many cars at night, so it was pretty quiet. It's about a kilometer to the scenic area's center, which is quite close. Hygiene: Very clean, nothing to complain about. Service: The service was very good. They even deliver warm milk at night. However, breakfast was just okay; the variety wasn't extensive, and the dumplings I had were a bit cold.

I wanted to take a nap and requested a late check-out; throughout this period, there were no calls or knocks on the door urging me to leave, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable rest. After checking out, I even received a cute panda souvenir, and the luggage storage service was efficient and meticulous. The hotel's atmosphere was exceptionally good. The guests were about half Chinese and half international, including friends from Western countries. Everyone was very well-behaved, and the public areas were quiet and orderly. Over the seven days, whether it was the front desk reception or daily service, the staff were patient and attentive, making for a truly excellent experience. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this hotel is a great choice and I recommend it to all travelers!
