Slight glitches when we checked in but all in all it's a great experience & the host are very nice and hospitable. They make sure we are well taken care of and provide short introduction of the activities around the snow town. The rooms are well decorated, cosy and very new. Rooms are A.I powered and each room are provided with 2 jackets (typical dongbei red flower jackets) which are surprising warm that keep out wind & retain heat well when I'm just on base layer. Jackets and caps are also provided in the lobby for guests for photo takings. Sleigh and snow moulds are provided free for the kids & and adults to play. Location wise they are situated rather far from bus dropoff point. However, on day of checkout their staff walked us to the station as we borrowed 2 sleighs to pull the kids out.

I chose the Wanda Realm Qiqihar, expecting a five-star experience. My reasons for picking a 5-star hotel are usually for a rich breakfast, excellent service, and complete facilities. However, this stay left me very disappointed. First, there was no space in the hotel's ground parking lot. A staff member directed me to the underground parking, explaining that hotel guests could get free parking if the front desk handled it. When I checked in, I mentioned I'd parked underground and asked them to sort it out. The two girls at the front desk said the underground parking was paid. I explained that there was no space above ground and the security guard told me to park in underground section M, assuring me that hotel guests could park for free. They exchanged glances and then said they would 'apply' for free parking for me. This already put me off – if I hadn't pressed the issue, would I have been tricked into paying for parking? After checking in, I went to my room. I had booked a family room, but when I entered, I only saw one large bed. I had to go back downstairs to the front desk. They explained that they didn't know how old my children were, so they hadn't made up the extra bed, and then sent someone to do it. The next day at breakfast, the whole rhythm of the restaurant's service felt off. Many serving dishes were empty, but it took a long time for food to be refilled. The watermelon platter was almost empty when I arrived, and they only brought out a fresh plate when I was nearly finished eating. All in all, it was a very disappointing stay. I won't be choosing Wanda Hotels again in the future.

This hotel is super easy to find, right off the main street. The huge courtyard is perfect for parking and also for playing in the snow with friends – there's so much space for building snowmen and having snowball fights. The room hygiene was impeccable; the sheets and bedding were clean and odor-free. The heated kang bed was warm without being stuffy, and the hot water in the private bathroom was consistently stable. The Northeastern home-style dishes at the restaurant were incredibly authentic; the stewed chicken with mushrooms and the pork with sauerkraut and vermicelli were generous and flavorful. The corn porridge and pickles for breakfast were also delicious. The owner was also incredibly helpful, arranging a shared ride to Snow Town and booking a package for snowmobiling and the traverse over Yangcao Mountain. We didn't have to worry about a thing; our entire Snow Valley trip, from accommodation to activities, was perfectly arranged. The experience was truly top-notch!

This hotel is an ideal choice for any trip, perfectly balancing comfort and convenience. The rooms are cozy and elegantly decorated, with a mattress that's just right and skin-friendly, breathable bedding. Coupled with soft lighting and a quiet environment, you're guaranteed a good night's sleep. The bathroom features a well-designed wet/dry separation and is fully equipped, showing great attention to detail. The location is excellent, right next to Hagia Sophia, and within walking distance to metro and bus stations. This saves a lot of commuting time, whether you're traveling for business or sightseeing. Plus, there are plenty of delivery food options nearby, making it easy to meet all your daily needs. The service is outstanding. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful farewell at check-out, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles, responding quickly and efficiently. Any request was promptly handled. The considerate greetings and meticulous service make this hotel highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended for Muslim Travellers! We had a wonderful stay here. The owner truly cares about the guests — from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well looked after. She prepares halal/Muslim-friendly food, and all the meals were served warm and delicious. They even use separate Muslim-friendly utensils for cooking, which made us feel very comfortable and reassured. The host is incredibly kind and patient, always happy to help and explain everything clearly. Overall, a very cozy, safe, and comfortable place to stay. Perfect for Muslim travellers and families. We are really grateful for the hospitality and would definitely come back again! 🌟

The renovation had a slight odor, but the facilities were top-notch, definitely the best in Mohe City. The front desk staff were also nice. However, the English names for the lobby bar and nursery room on all the floor signs were wrong. The lobby bar should be ”Lobby Bar,” and the nursery room should be ”Nursing room.” Why didn't anyone in the entire hotel notice this? From the Marketing Department to the Engineering Department, and even the Room Devision, everyone should pay more attention to the details of information.

This trip to Northeast China was absolutely perfect. I went to Xuegu Guanlin Xueju Inn in Dafen after reading many positive reviews, and it truly lived up to them. The owners were incredibly warm, sincere, and kind, far exceeding the typical expectations of an innkeeper. They made us tea, chatted while we ate sunflower seeds, and even saved us a lot of leftover food. The next day, it was still as good as new, saving us money! I can't believe there are such conscientious businesses; they're so honest! Since Bear Ridge wasn't officially open yet, the owner personally drove us to climb it in his van. We happened to be there while it was snowing, creating an absolutely heavenly environment. However, because my husband is usually overworked and lacks exercise, we didn't reach the summit of Bear Ridge and miss the panoramic view. This was the only small regret of the trip. I made a promise with the owner that we'll go next year when Bear Ridge is open and take a snowmobile up the mountain. Xuegu, this small village, doesn't have the urban flair or European-style architecture of Harbin, nor the hustle and bustle of the city, but it has the overflowing warmth of the people of Northeast China, the comfort of family, and the feeling of being right at home.

Giving it five stars! **Service:** The hotel is located next to a Central Street-like attraction in an old town area. A taxi to Central Street is the starting fare of 9 yuan, and the Songhua River cable car is also the starting fare. Basically, it's close to all the city's attractions. Perhaps because it's an old town, the environment is quite run-down. To be honest, compared to first-tier cities, the infrastructure throughout Harbin is just average. I walked into the front desk really frustrated, but as soon as the elevator opened, half my frustration disappeared. The decor style is worth the price. Downstairs, you can find everything from BBQ to snacks, and even sugar-coated haws at the unit entrance for 10 yuan for 3 skewers. **Cleanliness:** I was pleasantly surprised that the room was also very clean!!!! It's a hundred times better than those B&Bs in Yunnan that cost thousands! The whole room is smart, and all amenities are single-use. In short, this is definitely a treasure trove for families with kids!!! The king of value for money!!! **Service:** All the staff, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, are incredibly enthusiastic. If you tell them you need something, they'll help you out. And I heard it's cool in the summer too. From now on, I'll never go to other cities and get ripped off again!

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the service made me feel like I was experiencing premium quality. As a luxury brand under Accor, Sofitel truly impressed me with its meticulous attention to detail in every aspect. Both the breakfast and the room met Accor's high standards. It was a rare and delightful experience, and if I have another business trip, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

This hotel offers a full-blown experience! Great location, making it easy to get around. The room setup is very thoughtfully done, and the service is absolutely top-notch – you feel their attentiveness everywhere. Loved it! I really enjoyed this room.
