This hotel is really close to Harbin Station, which I found super convenient. Maybe it's because I was driving, but despite a lot of one-way streets, it wasn't too far from any of the attractions. The hotel itself is in a quiet location, and having a parking lot was great for self-driving. The front desk staff were very friendly; they even gave some snacks to my child when we checked out after a two-night stay. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

This hotel is super close to Wanda Plaza, making it really convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Parking right outside the entrance is a breeze too. The surroundings are lovely, and an evening stroll by the lake is absolutely picturesque. The hotel rooms are carpeted, which really helps with soundproofing, and the bathroom is quite spacious. The hotel even offered a room upgrade, but I was too lazy to repack my things, so I just stuck with my original room. The toiletries provided are excellent, and the large bathtub is definitely a highlight. Even when it's chilly outside, the indoor temperature is perfectly comfortable – unlike some hotels that can get overly warm. This place had the ideal temperature and even came with a humidifier. Oh, and I particularly loved the pillows here; they were so soft and cozy. The breakfast spread was extensive. There were so many items in the room that I didn't really take many photos.

It was very comfortable, the surroundings were quiet, and the view outside was beautiful. The hotel is new but doesn't have any strange odors. I originally booked it for the free airport shuttle, but I was pleasantly surprised by the scenery too. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin.

The facilities and services here are incredibly thoughtful. We drove up from the south and were able to park directly in the scenic area's parking lot, saving us the hassle of finding a space. The hotel housekeeper met us right in the parking lot with a luggage cart and, after we checked in at the front desk, even helped deliver our bags to the room. In the evening, my friends and I took a stroll around the courtyard. It's filled with many retro-style landscapes, and the atmosphere with all the red lanterns reminded me of the Qiao Family Compound in Shanxi. It was so much more interesting than staying in a regular hotel!

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

Stayed here for a business trip, and overall, it met my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located, making commutes for work hassle-free. The room was quiet and tidy, perfect for both working and relaxing, and the hot water supply in the bathroom was consistent. Security and service were professional and up to standard. The food was decent and met expectations. It's a solid choice for a business traveler looking for a place to stay.

The room is very spacious, the natural environment of this piece is very good, but when we came, it may be off-season, just renovated, some facilities are not perfect, eating is not very convenient, but it is very close to the scenic spot, the surrounding environment is very good, the boss is also very enthusiastic, the boss sent breakfast is delicious

This hotel is located in a prime area of Harbin, exceptionally close to the train station. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. It was impeccably clean, and the service was excellent. I'm very satisfied.

The service was absolutely amazing! The front desk lady was so gentle and patient. She proactively explained all the room details during check-in, and any requests we had were promptly addressed. Our experience was top-notch. We drove here, and the hotel has free parking with plenty of spaces, so parking was a breeze – no need to stress about finding a spot. Plus, the parking lot was clean and well-maintained.
