This hotel is great for self-driving trips, as it's a bit far from central Milan. The room facilities and services are excellent, offering good value for money. There's plenty of parking available both at the hotel and in the surrounding area.

Compared with the old broken small hotels in big cities, this is too nice. Still password lock, very convenient! Very new and clean! I don't want to go! Breakfast is also very good! check in soon! There is a large parking lot, free!

Despite the distance from the Terma, the location is excellent - 50 pleasant walk on the central street or the embankment. Pacific area. Very delicious breakfast from fresh food. There is a parking lot. A nice shower gel does not dry the skin. For such price it is better not to find. Excellent feedback administrators

Very clean, met normal expectations. Got upgraded to a corner room, which had an unusual layout. The front desk staff were friendly. With city tax, it was around 500-ish RMB per night. I felt like it was a significant step up in comfort compared to places costing 300-400 RMB.

Location is great, and the building itself is gorgeous, however, it was far from a 5-star experience. Room outdated and dark, amenities limited and not of a good quality, aircon noisy, view of the inner courtyard (I stayed at a Superior room). In the lobby they played loud music (and occasionally rock music, which felt weird). Bar/restaurant service inattentive. Wi-Fi very unstable. Basically, this hotel works fine if you need a place to sleep, but it doesn't offer any luxurious touches that would make you want to spend more time inside. Very pity because the building has potential. But the price is fair for the offer.

The hotel's hot spring swimming pool is great. It is very convenient to make an appointment in advance. The hotel is right by the lake, the castle is very close to the store, and the central location is very good. The room is slightly smaller, others are very good

A high-class hotel in a remarkable location. A beautiful view from the magnificent and very large swimming pool. The outdoor restaurant is superb, but a storm prevented us from enjoying it. The pool bar, with its very comfortable furniture, was excellent, and the cocktails were accompanied by numerous appetizers. Breakfast was generous and generally of good quality. The room was very spacious and very bright, with a view of Lake Varese. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was satisfactory, although it could have been a little more substantial. The only downside: a porter could be useful.

Such a great hotel in Milan located near China town area which makes us easy to find our favorite Asian food. On the other hand, the gym and spa is wonderful, hotel room is new, breakfast is decent and I would say the best iced Americano I have tasted during our entire stay in Italy. I definitely will recommend and come back again.

MMattia Collalti (Scotch)The hostel is very fancy and has a lot of activities, the beds are ok, nothing special or remarkable, they do the job, toilet was clean too. Easy check-in and out. Bit of an issue with light and noise from other guests but that's not on the hostel, even thou I think I may suggest they make guests aware of not video calling in the rooms or watch videos without headphones, as there is other people maybe coming from the other side of the world with jetlag and needs to sleep. There is plenty of space for this in the structure, no need to do it in the room where others are.

CChenchen0516It is a good hotel, but the location is not really good because there is no public transportation except the shuttle from the hotel which charges 11 euros if I am not mistaken. There are only five restaurants around. This hotel is recommended to people who have a car because the place is very quiet.

AAnonymous UserI arrived close to midnight and, as a solo female traveller, I was a bit anxious, especially after reading a few negative reviews, even though the hotel states that the front desk operates 24/7. To my surprise, everything went smoothly. The Terravision bus from the airport dropped me off much closer to the hotel than I expected. The route was easy to follow, the road was well lit, and I felt safe walking, even at that hour. On the way, I passed a halal restaurant just before reaching the hotel, which was perfect for grabbing a late-night dinner. The front desk staff were polite and professional. My room exceeded expectations for the price: clean, well-sized for one person, and very comfortable. I turned on the air conditioning as soon as I arrived, and it cooled the room quickly. Some reviews mentioned the bed being hard, but I found it perfectly fine. I checked out early the next morning to explore Milan and was happy to be able to leave my luggage at reception. Overall, a great stay, reassuringly smooth for a solo traveller.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful 6-night stayed in this lovely hotel and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers in Milan. Mere minutes walk and we are at the Duomo, Metro station and all the amazing shopping the city has to offer; but it was the generosity this hotel offered which impressed me the most. Cold bottled water are available for our own taking, chips & chocolate in our room's fridge for our free enjoyment and replenished afterwards; coming back to the hotel after a long hot day out really did feel like coming home for us, thank you Hotel Brunelleschi. Oh I almost forgot the breakfast buffet, definitely exceeded expectation, amazing food choices both hot and cold, plus excellent fruit & pastry choices. Excellent value overall !

GGuest UserFirst time in Milan, great location, big, clean, well designed room, delicious meals ordered in the room, impeccable service! I was sick and the hotel was able to call a doctor to the room, and it seemed that they only charged me 250 euros (I didn't pay attention to the bill). When you are away from home, the sense of security provided by the hotel is very important! Living here is the best choice when coming to Milan! Highly recommended!

GGuest UserMilan is generally average I have always been more in favor of hotels on the small luxury hotel list. I had a great time staying at TomTom in Istanbul before, but I didn't expect this hotel to disappoint me. I feel that five stars are a bit reluctant, and four stars may be more appropriate. First of all, the bathroom is very bad, and the bath water will be all over the floor. Secondly, the toilet is too high, and a person who is 170cm tall will have his feet hanging in the air 😂It feels like the toilet will collapse at any time😂 The environment around the hotel is average, a bit dirty and messy. The advantage is that this is the only hotel that provides slippers at present, which is very good.

DDreamonskyI still want to recommend this accommodation overall, the facilities and rooms are quite nice. However, I think the male manager in the breakfast area really needs some reflection and proper training. There are two breakfast options here: €8 and €4. I chose the €4 one, but nothing happened for a while. His female colleague, whose English wasn’t very fluent, only took the payment and gave me a coffee. Later, they handed me an empty paper bag for breakfast. When I started to use the bag, the male manager repeatedly told me that the breakfast only included “one coffee and one croissant” he said it at least three times. I also replied that I had received an empty bag and no croissant at all. Instead of explaining politely or resolving the issue, he just kept repeating himself and walked away without doing anything. Overall, the place itself is good, but the staff training is seriously lacking. Even if they’re not sure about something, basic politeness and communication should be expected, and unfortunately, this male manager clearly hasn’t received such training.

AAlexei KNot a bad mid-level hotel. The rooms are small but clean. The mattress is comfortable. We had two rooms. One of the windows overlooked the road, so it was quite noisy. The hotel provides earplugs to compensate for noise. There was one significant drawback - one of the rooms was very hot and stuffy. The air conditioning system only operates on heat. Therefore, it was not comfortable to sleep. Opposite the hotel there is a tram stop that goes to the center in 30 minutes. We liked the restaurant near Ristorante Dal Re. 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall, if it weren't for the poor sleep due to the stuffiness, the hotel would have deserved an excellent rating.

IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣I love this hostel because it feels like staying at a hotel. It's convenient since you don’t need keys – just enter a digital code on the door. Very modern! The room is spacious, with enough space for prayer if needed, and it has an ensuite toilet. Even with 8 people, the room doesn’t feel cramped. Outside the room, there's an extra toilet in case the one inside is occupied. If you're Muslim, there's a halal pizza and chicken restaurant right next door. I also appreciated the free coffee from the machine, available anytime. The staff treat guests with great care. There's a garden at the back where you can relax, and each bed has a charging port and space for your phone. While it can get noisy at the entrance, which looks like a pub at night, the noise usually ends by 1 AM and doesn't bother the room much. Lastly, the WiFi is fast, adding to the overall convenience!
