No complaints whatsoever, apart from the hot weather. The location is fantastic, and the environment is stunning – it truly felt like a scene out of the 'Wizard of Oz'. Jintan Beach is right downstairs, perfect for taking the kids to catch small crabs and collect seashells. However, compared to Yintan Beach, the water quality here is slightly inferior. On the bright side, Jintan offers better value for money, and most importantly, the sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking. The swimming pool downstairs is also excellent – clean and well-maintained. Dining options nearby are plentiful, and if you don't feel like going out, you can easily order food delivery to your room.

The hotel is pretty new. The day we arrived in, they were celebrating their 1st yr anniversary, with fireworks . We were presented with fruits and free gifts upon checking in. They have both western and Asian selection for breakfast. The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Yoyo was quick to assist us and suggested places for us to fill our stomach for dinner. It's convenient to get around the hotel with didi app. Malls, night market and places of attraction like the Qing xiu mountain is around 15 to 20mins from the hotel. We had a pleasant 2days stay.

The hotel's overall design and interior rooms are very stylish, and the rooftop pool is incredibly picturesque. The hygiene inside and all the facilities are quite good, and they offer free bicycles for guests to ride around. The included breakfast is genuinely impressive, and we chose to eat both lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant, which had good offerings. These three points are what support a good review. The staff's service attitude was also quite good. However!! The absolute worst part is: it's surrounded by ongoing construction, making it almost impossible for cars to reach the hotel – it's dirty, messy, and noisy! The idyllic pastoral scenery in front of the hotel in winter has been reduced to just black soil!

Choosing this hotel after returning from Detian Waterfall was definitely the right decision! After a long and tiring day, the clean and refreshing environment of the room was incredibly soothing – the bedding was so soft I wanted to lie down immediately, and there was plenty of hot water; a shower made me feel completely relaxed. The front desk service was exceptionally attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near Detian Waterfall, making the return trip the next day hassle-free. This stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit the waterfall!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay in Guilin! I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown Guilin, making it super convenient to visit famous attractions. The best part was the staff! They were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially one staff member who assisted us in booking tickets for our activities. Their hospitality truly made our trip smoother and more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guilin—great value, great service, and a great experience overall!

The room was absolutely fantastic! I came during the off-season, and before arriving, I read a ton of reviews. Some people were complaining about it being dirty or messy, and even saying that Guilin ripped people off, which made me really nervous. But as soon as I saw the guesthouse entrance, I was like, 'Wow!' It was super great! Super cute! Super beautiful! The main entrance alone was picture-perfect. After checking in, the owner immediately started recommending things – all sorts of delicious food and fun activities. The hostess even told me the best routes to avoid detours and the best places to eat, and not a single recommendation disappointed me or led me astray. Oh, and the location is also superb! Just across the street is Chun Ji Restaurant, and a short walk further is Elephant Trunk Hill – super close and very convenient for me, even with elderly people. There are shared e-scooters everywhere, which is really handy. Places like Zheng Yang Road are just a taxi ride away, usually under 10 yuan. The interior environment is also excellent! Who said it was dirty?! It's amazing, seriously!

This is a very smart boutique hotel, with furnishings in the room elegant and stylist. Also love the handy location to the shops and eateries. Two eateries have become our favourite dining places. One is the rice cooked in a porcelain pot with yummy crusts costing two of us only 60 yuan with double boiled soup as well. The other one is a proper restaurant serving Cantonese yumcha for breakfast and lunch, also servicing dinner. The best thing is there are two Cantonese opera shows per day at 10.30 and 12.30 each day, patrons eat while being entertained by real artists. When you are in Nanning, you must visit Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area and Nanhu Park. If you are going to Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area, do not miss the coffee place on the side of the temple. They serve beautiful drinks and croissant.

We booked the Little Yellow Duck Suite, which had a very narrow attic staircase that was difficult for adults to climb up and down. The furniture in the room had a strong odor. However, the hotel's view was absolutely stunning; it's one of the background mountains for the Impression Liu Sanjie show, which is lit up at night. The restaurant was excellent, and while breakfast was a bit crowded, there were plenty of options, including rice noodles and beef noodles available for order. The only really disappointing part was the handicraft section across from the restaurant. The staff there lacked patience. To rush a table, they even secretly turned off my power bank which I was using to heat a sugar figurine. The staff member with glasses really isn't suited for a hands-on craft job.

Just wow! The view from my window! Serenity and peace! Gosh this place is amazing. I got deluxe room with round bed and it has a projector, AC, changing thing, automatic toilet, shower and a sort of a bathtub...The stuff is friendly and helpful. I honestly didn't want to leave... I feel lucky because I honestly didn't have enough time to plan but my Taxi drive was soo kinda he waited for me, he helped me get my tickets for everything and accompanied me to everything and I'm so grateful to him ( his WeChat details are in the pictures). It's hard to get a taxi around here.

Beautiful resort in a beautiful location. The room was beautiful (although it can help having a little refurbishment, especially the bathroom). The staff is incredible, nice friendly and always trying to help and even if they don't speak English the communication was so easy with everyone. They gave us a room with a beautiful balcony with view and recommendations on restaurants in the area. Highly recommend it

GGuest UserGet this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave. Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play. The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way. The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned. The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture) If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe. I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China. However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too. These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host! I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

JJimu4It had been 13 years since my last visit to Yangshuo, and some things were a bit hazy. This time, I arranged a family trip, and I was quite excited. Before we left, I searched platforms for suitable accommodations. After seeing the descriptions and pictures, I chose this hotel. 1. The Zhuchuang Xiyu Resort Hotel (Yangshuo Shili Hualang Yulong River Branch) isn't in the town center, and I didn't need to stay there or near West Street. However, the hotel's location is convenient for getting around, right in the Shili Hualang (Ten-Mile Gallery). 2. The hotel has its own parking lot with free parking, making it easy to come and go. 3. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, providing information about the hotel and Yangshuo tourism. 4. The room was very spacious, incredibly comfortable for three people, and the cleanliness was excellent. It truly is a great choice for family accommodation. Thanks again to the hotel staff. Take a look at the photo I attached – it's the view from my room window. That's exactly what drew me here, and I believe it will draw you too.

XXibaoeraThe hotel is situated in an absolutely stunning location, surrounded by picturesque scenery. From the room window, you can gaze upon rolling mountains in the distance, lush and green, beautifully contrasting with the blue sky and white clouds, forming a breathtaking natural masterpiece. The hotel's garden landscape is also uniquely charming. Winding paths weave through the gardens, and at night, the hotel is adorned with enchanting lights, making the architectural outlines particularly captivating. The garden lights, shimmering alongside the starry sky, create a romantic and tranquil atmosphere. Hotel Service Experience * **Check-in Service**: Upon arrival, the staff were professional and welcoming, accurately confirming our reservation details. The check-in process was efficient and swift. They also proactively recommended breakfast options and special services based on our needs, making us feel warmly welcomed. * **Room Service**: The rooms are spacious and comfortable, fully furnished with high-speed Wi-Fi and an independent air conditioning system. Housekeeping staff changed linens and towels daily, and also prepared specific teas and tea sets.

GGuest UserFrom the hotel entrance, you get a direct view of Yuanbao Mountain, famously featured on the 20 RMB banknote. It's also incredibly close to the electric bamboo raft pier. The staff are exceptionally warm and friendly, always quick to help resolve any issues. A big bonus is that the hotel can purchase tickets for local attractions on your behalf, saving you from queuing up yourself. Absolutely fantastic! We'll definitely be back if we get the chance.

GGuest UserThis place has hands down been the most memorable stay we have ever had! As a couple traveling for the first time in China, Yukong, his family, and friends gave us a feeling of home and took care of us in a way we never experienced from a homestay. The house itself is build by Yukong's grandparents 70 years ago, and is placed in the middle of a Kiwi farm on the mountains outside Leye city. We shared great meals together every night in front of the fireplace with the boiling soup bowl at the center. Friends and family of the house even cared for bringing all sorts of classical Chinese instruments to the house to play traditional folk music for us - something we will never forget! Together we sang karaoke, drank rice wine, laughed and had great talks, despite of the language barrier. One could tell that our well being mattered to all of them, and that they wanted us to experience and understand their culture. Yukong and his brother even joined us for a hike in the nearby geopark and helped us with litterarly everything regarding planning and activities (which was so helpful, as none of us speaks Chinese). They took so much time off their hands to help us getting around and showed us the most wonderful local tourist attractions and great places to eat. The area has a lot to offer, and we were amazed that we seemed to have it all to ourselves. If you are in Guangxi, or anywhere else in China, for that matter, do yourself a favor and book a stay here. It is something you will remember for a long time. The nature, the culture, and especially the family you are gonna stay with, are wonderful.

GGuest UserAll in all an extremely pleasant stay! The location is absolutely stunning. Sure, it might be a little bit off the beaten track, but the views are all the more rewarding and the hiking path from Dazhai is also highly recommended. The hotel lobby also functions as a big living room and a little restaurant run by the owners. The food is excellent and well priced (definitely try their rice wine!). Because we were there in winter and it was cold, the owners even put a small radiator under our table to make it comfortable. Generally, the owners were super nice and friendly and adding their absolutely adorable puppy, we almost couldn't bring ourselves to leave. The rooms were very clean, have a small separate bathroom and we had a small balcony with view over the rice terraces. For a more budget option there is also rooms without AC or view, in that case you can still enjoy quite a bit of the scenery from the living room downstairs or just by exploring the surroundings on foot. (The picture is shot from our balcony, but sadly some of the view was obscured by the winter mist.) We will definitely try to come again sometime in summer and are already excited thinking about staying in this hotel again.

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

MMooMooooWhat can I say.... AMAZING!! We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed both nights!! From when we first check in, the lady who checked us in, helped us with our suitcase and they are big one too! (note there is no elevator). To the lady that work at night and cook our yummy breakfast in the morning, thank you! We are both vegetarian, so she was always checking to make sure we can eat it. She was super friendly, talk to us and tell us what is nice to explore/play, and make sure we have enough food to eat! On the last day when we have to check out early as we have to catch the Li River Cruise, she make sure we have food to eat and that we can bring on the boat to eat as well. She was very thoughtful! The location is over the bridge about a 10 mins walk to ZhengYang Pedestrian Street. I prefer here as it more quieter rather than on the main street. Furthermore, it not that far, with only a 10 mins walk along the river and you will reach most places. I also loved the decor in the hotel as well, it has everything you need. They provided free snack, and we did try some too!! Good to try local snacks which we did end up buying when we saw it lol. You could also go up to the roof top, which will provide a 360 view, especially the view looking out to the Li River on a nice fine day is so worth it! Lastly, my mum left some of her belonging in the hotel and forgot to pack when we check out. They courier this to our next hotel in Yangshou, which is very thoughtful of them. Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to stay here.
