臨行前半個月定的酒店，因為去白馬，一般都提前半年，所以 選擇範圍很小。每天搜到半夜，終於定了這一家。 栂池有幾家酒店可以ski in ski out 塔是其中一家。 位置是很方便，就在初級道的邊上。 但是，房子很老舊了，行李手動爬樓梯，搬上搬下，真的累。 2000多一晚，酒店沒有飲用水提供，洗手間無法洗澡衹能去公共澡堂。定了含早晚餐的，餐食的難吃程度，很難想象這是在日本🇯🇵。 樓層層高很低 老公進出門容易撞頭， 房間是掛式空調，晚上有點冷。 房間的沙發，一坐整個陷下去。 總之，是捉襟見肘，不舒服的兩晚。 好在滑雪太快樂了，彌補了酒店的遺憾

酒店位處栂池高原，房間乾淨整潔，我們連住了兩晚，兩天的早晚餐都不一樣，酒店地牢可放置雪具，在地牢穿好後可直接從地牢走到滑雪道，十分方便。

Great place to stay right on a ski run with ski in facilities.. It’s also quite close to bars and restaurants. The only issue is the hotel advertises that all rooms have bathrooms - but that is not the case. A number of rooms don’t have a bath or a shower! We didn’t have one which came a real surprise and had to book a private bathroom three floors down for each morning. If you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room with a shower! In this day and age not having a shower in all rooms is really not three or even two star accommodation.

夜中に蚊に刺され 蚊音がうるさくて寝れない。フロントに連絡しても蚊取り器有ります。と言われさがしたが見つからず。顔や腕など刺され朝までとても切なかった。チェックアウト時フロントに伝えたら とても無愛想な男性が空気清浄機の裏にあります。と言われた。今度からわかるところに置きます。と怖い顔で言われた。地域クーポンは令和3年になっていて使えなかった。ホテルに電話したら使えます。と言われ押し問答するのも嫌なので捨てた。一年前から楽しみにしていたホテルだったが最低なホテルだった。長野県嫌いになりそう。

ホテルの中は綺麗です。エレベーターがないのでスキーやスノボで荷物が多い方はご注意です。部屋はオシャレで綺麗な印象です。洗面所とトイレは一緒になっているタイプで広くはないです。水回りは少し古さを感じられます。レストランやお風呂も綺麗だし、コーヒーが無料でいただける場所もあるのでいいです！なにより良かったのはスタッフの方の接客がどの方も素晴らしいということです。それだけでも気持ちよく過ごせました。天気によってですが、星がとても綺麗に見れました。スターウォッチングツアーも思ってた以上に楽しめました。あと、駐車場からそのままゲレンデに出れるし、駐車場からそのままロッカーにも行けるのでスキー場利用にはとても便利です！！とても満足です。
