"Great place to stay right on a ski run with ski in facilities.. It’s also quite close to bars and restaurants. The only issue is the hotel advertises that all rooms have bathrooms - but that is not the case. A number of rooms don’t have a bath or a shower! We didn’t have one which came a real surprise and had to book a private bathroom three floors down for each morning. If you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room with a shower! In this day and age not having a shower in all rooms is really not three or even two star accommodation."

"Breakfast/dinner are average/the location is more remote, if not driving is not recommended to stay here, recently convenience stores need to drive about 6 kilometers or so, there is not even a tissue inside the hot spring, the space is relatively little! Whether you use the hot spring or not, there is an additional charge of 200 Yen hot spring tax per night! The hotel claims that the parking is free, but it turns out that the free parking is required to walk at least five to 10 minutes, if you need to shoot the hotel area parking is charged, 1000 yen per night, so feel a bit tricky! No good reviews...end!"

"The hotel is 10 minutes close to the ski resort and is ski in ski out. You can see the slope outside straight from the room. Breakfast and dinner were 10% satisfied. There are also lounge where you can pay for different kinds of wine. The boss lady is very hospitable! The hotel also has a large bath, perfect for relaxing after skiing! Will definitely visit again!"

"The location is fantastic, right next to the Tsugaike bus stop. Skiing here in winter is absolutely amazing, and it's very close to the Gondola lift! When I came in mid-April, the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, and with the snow-capped mountains as a backdrop, it felt like being in Switzerland! The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English! The only downside was the lack of an elevator; since I stayed on the third floor, carrying my large luggage upstairs was quite a challenge!"
