栂池高原スキー場を利用する際に宿泊しました。ゴンドラ乗り場に近く、ホテルの裏手からすぐに行けるようです。ロッカーなどもあるので、スキー場利用には便利だと思います。駐車場は少し遠いです。フロントやレストランなどは思ったより綺麗な印象でした。部屋は広めで普通です。バス・トイレ・洗面所が一緒になっているタイプで狭いです。あと、やはり水回りはかなり古さがあります。特にトイレは気になりました。真冬だというのに便座が冷たくて座るときは注意が必要です。あと、部屋の真横(目の前)にトイレスペースがあるので、音なども気になります。

良い所 ゲレンデサイド。ゴンドラ乗り場にも近い。 部屋は広くて，余裕がある。 部屋に小さな整理ダンスがあり，連泊には便利。 ４階建てであるが，エレベーターあり。 チェックイン前後に使う更衣スペースは男女別で，各々比較的広い。 食事は価格相応。 悪い所 部屋のトイレは洗面と一体だが。猛烈に狭い。面積の問題ではなく，配置の問題。大柄の私が座ると膝が壁に付くし，顔を洗おうとすると頭が上部の棚に当たる。ちなみに共同の１階トイレも狭い。 スキー宿なのに，ハンガーの吊る場所が少ない（狭い）。スキーウェアと着て来たコートを重ねないと吊れない。 建物の設計者は，小綺麗に設計しているが，使い勝手からすると下手だとしか言いようがない。下手でなければ，問題があるのをオーナーに伝えていたのだろうか？図面の段階で問題があるのはわかるはずなのだが..... 連休で混んでいたというのもあるが，食事のご飯が冷たく少し固く乾燥していた。事前に茶碗についで，時間が経過したものを給仕していたようで，その証拠に，おかわりのご飯は暖かく，良かった。客が多かったとはいえ，客ごとに時間をずらすなど，もう少しやりようがあるのでは？ ビジネスホテルに泊まり慣れていると，部屋に冷蔵庫が欲しくなる。 １泊目の風呂は，屋内屋外風呂ともに，とてもぬるかった。２泊目の屋外風呂は，入るのが辛いほど，とても熱かった。 総評 トイレの問題が解決してくれないと，次回は泊まろうと思わないなぁ。
