너무 좋았고, 일본 현지인분들도 많았어요! 영어를 잘하시는 호텔 지배인님이 계셔서 소통도 편했어요! 아늑한 분위기라 넘 좋았거 특히 조식 넘 맛있었어요ㅎㅎ 뷰가 미쳤더라구요ㅎㅎ 바로 앞이 오타루 운하라 뷰 좋은 곳 달라요청드렸더니 좋은 곳 주셨어요!
담에 또 재방문 하려구요

Hotel was really convenient with access to the main attractions, restaurants within 5 - 10mins walking distance. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Note though there are charges for parking and would have given them a 5 on service if they were a bit more flexible on check in time.

Hotel is old but able to see the effort of refurbishment. However, there are dirt mark in the toilet and sink. Possibly older design of toilet with a big step from living area to toilet, will be hard for elderly to mobilise in the room.
In terms of public area, they are generally clean and neat. The top floor public bath is relatively small with the number of guests in hotel. If the window shade could be removed, it will be a great view from the bath to the river canal.

Great location . Staff was extremely helpful and patient . As I wasn’t familiar with how the public parking works, he took time to accompany me to the car park and explain.

部屋の空きがあるからと街側から運河側に部屋を取っていただけました。
ホテル全体に清潔感があり、スタッフの方も感じが良かったです。
露天風呂にもう少し 開放感があればよかったかなと思いましたが、
また泊まってみたいと思えるホテルでした。

温泉も気持ち良く部屋も綺麗で良かったのですが、何点か言わせて頂くと、大浴場の床がに滑りを感じ滑らない様に気を付けてしまったこと、トイレに手洗いの後の手拭きタオルが無かった、後洗面所にティッシュが欲しかった、駐車場の料金が高い(今回は近くの駐車場を利用)矢張何か有ったらと心配する、それ以外は大満足です😃機会があればまた行きたいと思います。ありがとうございます。
