Everything was perfect, I was offered a free room upgrade from Classic to junior suite!!! Splendid pool area and very good restaurant with excellent quality/price.
Varied breakfast and high quality products.

Otranto is known for its white sandy beaches and Aragonese Castle as well as its 11th century Romanesque cathedral. The mosaics date back to the 12th century. This city exemplifies the history of the Salento region. The Hotel is located in the center of Otranto, just 5 minutes from the old town. The setting is beautiful with an outdoor pool and bar. There is also a spa with sauna and massages available. The rooms are very large and well appointed. The whole a**osphere is very relaxing and a perfect place to veg out after a day of touring.

Très bel hôtel, chambre confortable et spacieuse. Personnel très agréable et aimable. On regrettera juste que la piscine soit fermée à la mi mai alors qu'il fait 25 degrés. Nous recommandons de faire un séjour dans cet hôtel et dans cette jolie station du bord de mer.

Ne pas aller dans cet hôtel lorsqu'il y a des groupes. La salle à manger n'est pas insonorisée et lorsqu'il y a un groupe qui impose sa musique à l'autre s'est insupportable. Manque de respect Chambre sans charme Par contre personnel impeccable

Che dire…grazie…ad Alessandro e Adriana della reception per la disponibilità e gentilezza, al ristorante interno per i piatti buonissimi, alla stanza molto grande e spaziosa, al centro benessere degno di essere chiamato tale !!! Complimenti a tutti e ci tornerò sicuramente…magari uno consiglio fare un servizio espresso di bevande calde e non solo con macchina automatica !!! A presto

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son SPA, très déçues par la taille du SPA et son coût de 30.—euro pour 1h30. Nous avons manifesté notre mécontentement et obtenu une réduction pour l’accès uniquement au bassin pour 10.- euro par personne et sans avoir droit à un peignoir…. Pas vraiment commerçant de leur part, alors que l’hôtel était presque vide dès le 2 janvier. Dommage aussi de ne pas avoir de jus orange frais alors que la région est très bien fournie en fruits. Le personnel était charmant et l’hôtel très propre.

I’ll start with the pros: excellent location, breakfast was good with some pastries and some meats, cheeses, yogurt and fruit. Pool was big and the bartenders and thé breakfast staff were great and very friendly.
Hotel was clean and parking was free and easy right in front of the hotel
Cons- beds were rock hard, pillows were very limp. Stayed three nights here and had horrible sleep. The air con was hardly working and it was very hot in the room, barely blowing out air. The fridge was also not working well and warm at best. We called down for an iron and never got one. The room lacked a coffee maker or tea kettle and it was supposed to come with robes and slippers. The room was minimal and bare. To top everything the front desk staff was miserable and rude. Didn’t seem to want to help or say hello or goodbye upon entering or even smile. Did not make our stay enjoyable. Probably would look elsewhere to stay next Time
