"Quickly checked in by helpful staff. Key card didn't work had to use a traditional key. Air con broken, moved rooms. No problems. Missed tea coffee machine but it's Italy. Restaurant food ok but not exciting, breakfast poor. So why 4 stars not less? The staff were great. Thank you Team Vittoria"

"I recently stayed for 5 nights and had a great visit. The place is immaculate and quiet. My bedroom was very large with a window and a huge bathroom with large fluffy towels. The breakfast was generous with assorted meats, cheeses, fruits, juices and coffee. The location is conveniently close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Otranto is very walkable and this is a great location with a kind, helpful staff. The owner arranged an airport pick up and return for me. Brindisi airport is 100 kilometers away and my arriving flight was st 11pm and departure was at 6am so this was an enormous help."
