Hotel bem localizado para centro histórico , a poucos metros de tudo ! Único porém do hotel achamos colchão e travesseiros ruins !! Café manhã ótimo . Funcionários educados e parking bem perto e preço acessível . Super mercado próximo tb . Lindo visual no café manhã !

This hotel is what I imagine Albania is like: surly staff, mattresses like planks, pillows like slabs of concrete, with the AC is shut off after midnight, leaving guests to broil in their rooms or open a screen-free window to street noise and bugs. The sheets had holes and nibbled edges. When I asked the "receptionist" for a better room, she told us to go to another hotel. Do not stay here!

Room 107, quite old style room, overlooks the street, non-existent sound insulation, but obviously we are the only ones to complain about it...I think you should "Hôtels.com" visit the properties you are renting, and know the rooms that the hotel makes available, and indicate whether they are redone or not because in the photos everything is perfect... The reality differs. That's 2 nights in a row where I'm not happy to pay more than 120€ per night for not-so-great rooms. For breakfast everything is perfect, beautiful view and hearty breakfast.

We were delighted to return to the Albania this year with our adult sons. The hotel is very clean, very comfortable and in a very convenient location. The selection at breakfast is excellent and regularly replenished and the staff are all very helpful. We have already booked to return next year.
