The hotel rooms are very spacious and have complete facilities. The service staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic and professional.
The hotel is by Lake Biwa. There was a music festival during our stay. We had a great time.

The guest rooms were Japanese-Western style and spacious, so I was able to relax and feel like I was at home.
The large public bath was fully stocked with amenities, so you didn't have to bring anything other than a towel, and the water temperature was just right and it felt very comfortable.

206号室に泊まりましたが、上の階に大浴場があるためか、時折、排水音？と思われる大きな騒音がありました。フロントにそのことをお伝えして、部屋を代えていただけないか確認しましたが、残念ながら満室で不可とのこと。
部屋は奇麗で食事も良かっただけに残念でした。

琵琶湖の近くで落ち着いたホテルに滞在できリフレッシュ出来ました。お部屋が広く、アメニティやお茶セットなども充実していました。朝食は定食形式でしたが、全て美味しく、又、スタッフの方の気遣いも細やかで、気持ちよく頂けました。お風呂もゆったり使えて良かったです。また近くに行く時は滞在したいです。ありがとうございました。
