Would not pass a black light test.
Room was dirty (hair in shower, garbage on floor, stained carpet). 2/4 lights did not work. I requested a new room, which was granted.
The second room had splatter marks on the front panel of the bathroom counter, while the carpet was also heavily soiled, and there was mold in the unplugged mini fridge. Bed sheets were clean but were worn out and had small holes all over.
Finally, as they were doing renovations, I had the pleasure of hearing construction noises during my stay.

Pool wasn't warm. Hottub wasn't working. Restaurant wasn't open. We weren't informed of this before check-in.

Still our go to hotel whenever we are in Ottawa and this for the last 27 years. Gym: well equipped. Please add a few yoga mats. Please don’t play music, it interferes with whatever I’m listening to even when wearing ear pods. Parking: we have a large SUV, so parking has always been a problem. A source of stress since there are never enough parking spots for large vehicles and very tight
