Hygiene: The hotel has no problem with hygiene conditions inside and outside. It is very clean and the environment is also very good. Service: Wake-up call, car delivery and door-to-door service are all available, but I always feel that the staff is not very patient. The luggage needs to be carried upstairs by the cart (because it is moving from Montreal to Ottawa, so I brought four boxes). After calling the car, they did not tell me when the car will come or what the license plate number is. Facilities: The facilities are not complete. There are no disposable slippers, toothbrush cups and other cleaning supplies. The queensize room is equipped with a coffee machine, but it is also quite dusty and I dare not use it. If you want to stay, it is best to prepare the necessary supplies yourself.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I encountered several issues that significantly affected my experience. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed mold in various areas, which is a serious health concern. The bathroom ceiling was cracked, creating an unappealing and unsafe environment. Furthermore, the hotel had an overall unpleasant smell that made my stay uncomfortable. The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns and offered little assistance or empathy. Additionally, the hotel lacked electric car chargers, a crucial amenity for travelers like me who rely on electric vehicles. When I mentioned this to the staff, they seemed uninterested in addressing the issue. Overall, my stay was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel to others and hope that management takes these concerns seriously to improve their services and facilities.

Samir was wonderful during our experience at holiday inn. He was attentive, polite, and goes above and beyond. He made our experience better during our stay. And was very attentive to everything. Happy Halloween. And thank you for the wonderful hospitality

Always an awesome stay. Great staff, great service. Clean rooms. Front desk staff very accommodating and friendly. Samir in restaurant is always very attentive to details. New General manager greeted guests in restaurant personally. Nice touch.

Horrible service hotel does not respect guests or their time. Manager fails to call back. To think this is supposed to be a service type business when they provide no service what so ever. Stay away from this hotel unless you are looking for more headaches.

The pillows are the best and the breakfast was just right ...the lemon water at the front desk helped out alot as sometimes all the busey family weekends require much hydration The staff was warm and friendly and the waiter ( omer) was very good service
