It’s okay, the price is not expensive, and the transportation is convenient! Overall it’s okay!

Hotel in the preserved part of the city, there is no parking the location would make up for everything! I recommend it to experience Valencia with children.

I stayed here for 1 night in July with my family. Air conditioning is the basic necessity however the room had faulty AC. The AC is a single split AC at extreme corner near the door away from the beds. No centralized AC in the room or bathroom. Temp outside was 32 degrees Celsius and in my room 30 degrees as I measured. No ceiling fan. The front desk was helpless and being a Sunday night offered no fix to the problem or change of room. Rather than enjoying a sound sleep we spent time outside near the city center till midnight past just to let the night fly by. The room was suffocating so we had no choice. Finally we were given 1 table fan for 3 people in the room. The GM was not even apologetic when I wrote him an email. I'm not even complaining about other poor experiences during my stay, the most basic of making the room livable was not met. The location of the hotel is excellent, it helped us to pass time on streets instead of suffocating in the room.

I reserved the most expensive, hyped as the most romantic, room in Valencia“, described as being situated on the 4 floor with corner balcony, view of a palazzo, great interiors including a bathtub in the bedroom, but when I arrived quite late in the evening I was offered another room on the first floor without any of these features but with a kitchen (which I really needed for a one night stay!) instead, for the same price. After some hefty discussions with the student receptionist and the owner on the phone we were refunded the prepaid 210€ night rate and ultimately, after unsuccessfully trying to find a room in any hotel, decided to leave Valencia and drive on to our final destination without sleep. It seems to me common practice in this hotel to sell the best rooms at least twice and to force customers to take remaining, less beautiful rooms for the same price, if they happen to arrive second (or third).

They say they have air conditioning, but actually only in the summer it was 90° out and could not sleep for 2 nights. Also, the hotel Director is one of the rudest men I have ever encountered on vacation. He likes to argue with his customers . Nasty nasty man. Also there’s a large group of weird people hanging outside my door sitting on the floor in the hotel with all of their suitcases open. This is not a hostel but it might as well be. Other than the location this place is garbage. And the room is not quite clean.

This hotel was overpriced. Needs a bit of updating, ceilings was cracked everywhere, was overlooked but I'd they had put some shear drapes up, at least you didn't have to keep curtains closed all the time .. And the bed was uncomfortable and the kind that holiday rentals use, not hotel *** hotel standard Disappointed really for the money

The hotel location is great for access to the best parts of Valencia. Rooms were clean and a nice size. If you get the room with the jacuzzi, you should know that it is located under a window in the open. We unintentionally visited during the Fallas Festival. Great fun but very loud 24/7. We requested a room in the back of the hotel and that helped. Also, during the Fallas, you cannot drive near the hotel so be prepared to walk for a number of blocks with your suitcase. Front desk staff were pleasant, but not a lot of help with transportation requests like a taxi to the airport. Breakfast is basic. You can do better elsewhere and there are plenty of options steps away. I would stay here again.

Pleasant hotel, well situated for visiting old town Valencia. Very close to the Cathedral (well worth a visit). Comfortable & clean room. We chose to eat out, so no idea how good the breakfast is. Reception really helpful when our taxi back to the airport couldn’t find the hotel.

Quaint little hotel. Great location. Walking distance to cathedrals, shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable room with large windows for good ventilation. Friendly and helpful people at the reception. Breakfast available on premises if you want.

The hotel was well below our expectations. The floor was dirty, and there were used things around, like a cup and a towel, evidently from previous guests. The bed creaked so loudly with every move that I actually put my mattress on the floor to avoid waking my wife up multiple times. The windows were not soundproof enough to keep out the noise from the street. The breakfast was poor, so we opted for a café around the corner instead. To top it all, the housekeeper failed to close the door of our room properly, so it just stayed slightly ajar for several hours, TWICE. The fact that none of our things were stolen is just pure luck. Stay away from this hotel, you can find much better places in Valencia.

Having stayed here previously, I thought I would stay again, big mistake. The hotel is now shabby and not particularly clean. The shower was grubby with a build up of grime. The furniture is chipped scuffed and worn. The toiletries provided were very poor quality and very limited. The bed linen is worn and thin and needs replacing. Smells of fried food was at times overwhelming. Some of the reception staff were unhelpful and not interested. Most days the room was not serviced until 5.30 pm. Its sad this once good quality hotel has its charm. Lots of great places to stay in this wonderful city. But would never stay here again!!!!!!
