Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Airport

room is quite big and clean, close to airport about 20 minutes drive to the main attractions.

We enjoyed our stay up until the day of our checkout. We were running a bit late so I phoned reception to request a later checkout around 12. The receptionist informed me that they were not allowing any late checkouts. So we hurried around and managed to checkout on time. We then loaded our vehicle and sat down to have a coffee. While having a coffee we noticed many people checking out after 11am. Also I have not received my receipt yet. Would you please check into this for me. The picture is of sunset from our room. Very good experience

The mattress of king size bed is excellent! Plenty of room space but sofa & coffee table was missing. Will come back 😁

Within a half hour of checking in , I had to call the desk and complain about teenagers running up and down my hall, yelling, and their dog barking. This continued despite several complaints from myself and other guests. It continued until 2 pm, meaning the hotel basically had 12 hours to deal with the issues, but despite their claims of giving several warnings, it was never resolved. I voiced my displeasure when checking out and in several texts to management but they felt they did everything they could and simply offered an apology. Somehow "sorry" doesn't make up for a ruined weekend! There are many hotels in Ottawa...pick a different one!!!

Perfect

Hotel was clean & has been  recently remodelled.  Beds were comfortable  The client service representatives at the front coukd have been friendlier.   They need to be focused on the people checking into the hotel.

Check in was smooth even though they are under renovations, they were kind and accommodating. The room was spacious as well.
