Ayer 28 de diciembre jueves entremos a las 15:30 habitación 402 cuarta planta para dejar las maletas y nos dimos cuenta que la puerta corrediza del baño estaba súper dura que hacía falta dos personas para cerrarla ósea estaba atascada,al bajar se lo comentemos a la recepcionista y al entrar de nuevo al hotel seguía igual no nos hizo caso la puerta seguía atascada y los colchones súper incómodos ya que se gincaba los muelles en la espalda no volveremos por falta de atención limpio estaba y reformado pero muy pica atención por parte del personal

Very convenient, super close to the train and bus station. Such a beautiful little town. The only downside is that there’s not much restaurants options around the hotel, specially at night, though the restaurant that was open was good and cheap, more options would be good but there’s nothing the hotel can do about it. Would highly recommend

Es un hotel pequeño ubicado al frente de la estación de tren y buses por lo que la ubicación no puede ser mejor. Es Limpio, cómodo, su personal amable y la zona segura para caminar . El desayuno es a buen precio y ofrece variedad. El hotel no tiene recepción las 24 horas pero nos enviaron el código y la instrucción para entrar. No tuvimos inconveniente alguno. Sin duda lo recomiendo

I believe that they give the worst ribs to hotel.com customers! When we reported that our shower leaked and flooded the floor the front desk clerk said “ oh sorry- we knew that but thanks for keen us know!” And our room was next to the elevator!? Seriously- lowest quality rooms!

The hotel was very clean and modern. It's very near the train station, but it's far from the city centre. Walk 12 minutes to the thermal train stop at the end of the Roman bridge.

Bien comunicado de la estación de autobuses y Renfe. Moderno con lo básico. Está retirado del centro. No tiene parking pero se puede encontrar en los alrededores. Muy bien las trabajadoras de recepción.
