"The staff were very helpful in having and explaining maps they had of the city and the points of attraction. The spa was awesome with massaging jets around the pool. We didn't get into the pool until after sitting in the sauna. The pool felt really good then. The hotel is located fairly centrally between the river and old town. The river walk was very scenic and we visited the one of the two hot springs that was open. Two of them were closed because the river was running high and flooded them. The old town had a number of tapa bars and restaurants where we enjoyed local favorites. The hotel staff also told us about a place for star gazing which we walked to and enjoyed even though it was a 630 feet climb of 1 mile. We would recommend a visit to this hotel and town anytime."

"The hotel itself is fine. I suppose it must have been a fantastic hotel at some point. It's okay now, but there are a few things they should fix. First of all, the elevator. One elevator for four floors is insufficient. The room was unbearably hot, and the air conditioning was inadequate (it was 40 degrees Celsius in Ourense). The pool was great; the children enjoyed it immensely. It has vending machines, but as far as we could see, only one accepted cards. So, either you have cash, or you're out of luck. Otherwise, I thought it was a wonderful hotel. The receptionists were very friendly and helped us with everything they could."

"I chose it because of the spa which when we went down the water was warm which is not pleasant. We went up to complain and the receptionist told us that it was fine and that we should come down in the morning to see if it was warmer. Incredible, I paid for the spa so I couldn't use it the next day, we were leaving early. Normal hotel without details."

"Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was an orange alert for the temperature, and the pool wasn't open; it closed at 8:00 PM. It was Saturday, July 4th, and neither the pool, restaurant, nor cafeteria were open! What?! At 10:00 PM, I wanted to shower, and guess what?! There was no hot water! And to top it all off, at 3:00 AM, the air conditioning stopped working. I will never return. They have given the EXE chain a bad name!"

"The room is very spacious and very clean. It is between the whole season and Hilton Garden. The hotel takes a taxi to the train station for 5 minutes. There is a supermarket within a few minutes walk. You can buy water and fruit. The city is not big, the app is more difficult to get on the car. The hotel front desk helps to call the car. Like other hotels, there are no slippers or toothbrushes and toothpaste, but the wooden floor is comfortable."
