Y no hay restaurante para cenar solo desayuno.

Hotel con una calidad, instalaciones, limpieza y servicio bastante buenos.
Me parece exagerado el precio que cobran por el desayuno bufé y tampoco es barato el precio del aparcamiento, teniendo en cuenta que no es un hotel en pleno centro de la ciudad.

Receptionist (specifically Sara and Clara) had really bad manners. I think they were even discriminatory becuase of my nationality to me with the way they treated me on the phone when I called to ask for a favour about my son who was staying in the hotel. The hotel was good in terms of general fit for the team of my son who was attending the Oviedo Cup. But the receptionist would hang up the phone and would not pick up again. They even said, if you need "such and such...come yourself".

Moderno y amplio, habitacion confortable y bastante grande. Ubicado bastante cerca del centro (a 10 minutos caminando). Precio muy atractivo para la buena calidad del hotel, excepto el desayuno, que me parece caro y por eso no lo cogimos. El trato del personal muy amable.

Cuarto grande, Sala de baño con el aseo y bidet muy bajo. Televisor de 32 ' un poco pequeño para la época. Servicio de habitaciones muy amable y inmejorable 10/10. Recepción minimalista en decoración pero los conserjes muy amables y atentos. Hotel dog friendly menos en el comedor y esto no se entiende. Sr. Director , o dog friendly o no ...tiene que adaptar esto al conjunto de du establecimiento.

Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas, no está a la altura. Habitaciones pequeñas, mobiliario muy estropeado. Primera vez que paso frío en un hotel, en febrero y la cama sólo con sábanas y una manta fina en el armario por si tienes frío. La calefacción no funcionaba. Camas incómodas, se notan los muelles y sólo disponen de una almohada baja, sin posibilidad de tener dos tipo de almohada según el gusto. Y juntan dos camas para hacer una de matrimonio pero sin frenos por lo que se separaban una de la otra. Desayuno cutre, no quedaba casi de nada y tampoco reponían con frecuencia, zumos de bote, café aguado. Si tuviera menos estrellas no estaría mal pero el nivel que dicen tener, no lo tienen por ningún lado.
