"Check in was easy and smooth. It’s an old building and budget hotel which is clear once you enter the room. It has no heating, air-conditioning or fan available in the room. There’s no telephone to contact the front desk either. This can be problematic when the person in the room across from you starts shouting with someone on his cellphone at 23:30 and does not stop for an hour. I reverted to using ear-plugs but it still wasn’t ideal. I didn’t feel very safe and as a result was reluctant to report the disturbance."

"Facility was not the cleanest, there was hair and dust and nails upon entering the hotel. The curtains didn’t work properly and the TV is one of the smallest I’ve seen in a hotel room. Conveniently located in the town with parking available. Breakfast was good too!"

"Good location. Large room. Nice bathroom. Clean. At the end of October, there was NO heating and the room was 13 degrees Celsius. When I asked at reception why, they told me they hadn't switched from summer to winter yet and that I should bring a blanket (fine for bed, but not for the room)."

"Clean, has a washing machine. Perfect for us who had to do a quick laundry for the next 1/2 of our trip. Alejandro is a good host. Free fruits and pastries, enough for 1 breakfast for 2."

"The receptionist service was terrible. We had to wait ages for our room, and when we finally got up, they gave us the room right next to the hotel's illuminated sign. We asked to be moved, and they told us there was only one room in a lower category than the one we had booked, but that we shouldn't worry, they'd turn off the light later, and that we also had blinds... it seemed like a joke... The bed was tiny and incredibly uncomfortable... You'd expect the quality and service from an NH hotel. We won't be returning to that chain again."

"An expensive and average 3 star hotel that claims to be 4. No internet in my room (301)and the receptionist just seems to find it okay and that I should go downstairs if I need a connection. How can you in this day and age not get this fixed after so many complaints here???Breakfast is one of the most basic I’ve ever seen, and my room was tiny, dark and miserable. I got a much better deal in Oviedo for the same price,"
