"Beware of this Airbnb! Check-in required uploading not only a passport photo but also a selfie for facial recognition, and the website wasn't the government's official site, but the hotel's own. After checking EU and Spanish laws, I found this is illegal. My attempts to contact the hotel via WhatsApp to request a text message were met with automated replies. Feeling the risk was too high, I requested a refund. Ctrip customer service was very helpful, repeatedly trying to resolve the issue, but they still refused. In the end, Ctrip compensated me for the room fee. I'll definitely book through Ctrip more often when traveling abroad in the future. Especially with self-service hotels without a front desk, be wary of potential traps."

"We stayed in Oviedo at Longoria hotel for three nights. It is located in a busy shopping area, and within minutes walk from the old city, key dining areas and the bus station. I can not comment about the breakfast, since we mainly ate outside. The hotel has good quality mattresses guaranteeing deep sleep. it was cleaned daily. We were in a triple room, which was a bit small for three, too squeezed, but as we only entered the hotel for showers and sleep, that was OK. Not sure if there are nice views from the rooms. The staff speaks English and are very helpful."

"Expensive, outdated, and lacking in any way to justify a 4-star rating. They charged me after telling me on the phone that they would notify me of the price of a change due to an error in a reservation made through Hotelius. Even so, I called the hotel myself and they said there was no problem. However, when it came time to pay, they told me on the last day. The only redeeming quality was the friendliness of the staff, who weren't at fault and told me I had to pay directly and file a claim myself later. I wouldn't recommend it."
