Stayed for 1 night. Luckily had paid for parking as it is at a premium in Oxford where they don’t like cars. Was a 15 - 20 minute walk to centre. Rooms were a nice size with 2 comfortable beds. Water in fridge and tea coffee and biscuits. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of choice

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service! Jeder Extrawunsch wurde durchgehend freundlich aufgenommen und im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten erfüllt. Zimmer leider etwas hellhörig. Schließen der Eingangstür nur geräuschvoll möglich.

With another couple of friends, we stayed here University during term-time. It was central enough to all of historic Oxford for us to be able to walk to any destination: even the railway station, the far side of Magdalen bridge, the Jericho District, or "The Parks". By paying a daily extra fee, we got a fine breakfast, and also free parking in the street, on the wide pavement in front of the hotel. Just ask. By being located just over the Thames at Folly Bridge, it is seen as being out of the centre, and as such charges at least half the prices of the those lodgings in the centre itself. Well worth an extra 5 minutes walk each day!
