"I've stayed here twice in the past 3 months, once when they first opened and again in October 2025. The hotel is just an average experience, but they charge premium prices for proximity to the university. The breakfast is poor - little variety or choices - and certainly not consistent with what I've had at other Fairfield. Also, they don't offer anything for Gold Convoy - not even a bottle of water. I've asked both times and the front desk staff say the don't do this at this property."
