"Overall, my stay at EasyHotel was mixed. The location is very good. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and a supermarket nearby. Although the hotel is a little far from the city centre, this was not a major issue because there are bus stops just a few minutes’ walk away, making it easy to get around. The room was clean, which I appreciated, but it was also very small. However, I was very surprised when I requested housekeeping and was told that I was not eligible for complimentary room cleaning because I had booked only four nights. I was informed that guests must stay at least five nights to receive free housekeeping; otherwise, they have to pay an additional fee for their room to be cleaned. I do not remember seeing this policy when I made my booking, and I have never experienced this at any other hotel. In my experience, housekeeping has always been included in the room rate. Unfortunately, I was also disappointed with the customer service. I asked a member of staff for clean bed sheets, and he told me he would bring them to my room within five to ten minutes. I explained that I had had a long, tiring day and would appreciate receiving them as soon as possible because I wanted to go to sleep. However, the bed sheets were never delivered. Overall, the hotel offers a convenient location and clean rooms, but the unexpected housekeeping policy, the small room size, and the lack of responsiveness from the staff made my stay less enjoyable."

"The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic!!! The staff were so polite and helpful, the room was wonderful and the meal in the restaurant was amazing. The prison hotel has a feeling of class and luxury and then a beautiful contradiction that it used to be the home of naughty prisoners - we have nothing negative to say just going home with fond memories and some wonderful pictures!!!!"

City sightseeing tours are available in the area, making this a great base for guests who want to explore. The hotel offers modern, comfortable rooms which are perfectly equipped to accommodate individuals, couples and families.

"The service was decent, with daily cleaning. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The hotel's downtown location is very convenient for walking around. I imagine the experience would be better if it weren't summer. I was on the third floor, and there's no elevator, but carrying luggage wasn't too difficult, and you can always ask staff for help. The biggest issue was the summer heat. The room got a lot of direct afternoon sun every day, and even though the hotel provided a fan during the European heatwave, it was still hard to sleep. Good to know that the double rooms in the new building have air conditioning."

"This hotel completely exceeded my expectations and was the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my trip to the UK. Although it's not in the city center, it's incredibly convenient – just a 10-minute bus ride on the number 6 from downtown directly to the hotel. It's a large resort, perfect for those traveling by car. The hotel itself is beautiful, allowing us to experience the scenic British countryside while exploring Oxford."

Hampton by Hilton Oxford is situated conveniently close to both the business and leisure areas of Oxford. We are only 15 minutes from the historic center and just an hour from Heathrow Airport. Oxford is the UK's oldest University City, where film fans explore the hallowed halls of Christ Church College, and punts glide gently along the River Cherwell. Our Oxford hotel is situated right next door to the Kassam Football Stadium and just 5 minutes’ walk to the Ozone Leisure Park's multiplex cinema, bowling alley, leisure club and restaurants. We are within easy reach of Oxford Science Park and only a mile from the BMW Mini plant, making our hotel a handy base for business travelers. Explore the pretty Cotswold villages and the rolling parkland of Blenheim Palace. Silverstone F1 racing circuit is 35 miles away and the famous Bicester village just 18 miles away but you do not have to go that far for retail therapy: Oxford’s newest shopping center, Westgate, home to over 100 brand new stores featuring the best of the British high street as well as prestigious global brands, is less than 5 miles away! Our inviting, air-conditioned guest rooms offer contemporary amenities including free WiFi, an ergonomic desk, a comfy bed and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. Refresh in the spacious bathroom, which features a walk-in shower or relax in our sunny hub.

"Plenty of parking available, but if there's a home game for Oxford United in the evening, parking can be a hassle since the stadium is right next door. Breakfast includes homemade waffles and all the usual options, primarily a full English breakfast, and the coffee is excellent. The room feels cramped with a sofa bed. It's about a 15-minute drive to Oxford University or the shopping center, and Bicester Village is around 30 minutes away."

Key features of the hotel include the owners sophisticated art collection - an exclusive residents library overlooking the garden terrace - in-room spa treatments - Fitness Room - Personalised amenities - free car parking - electric car charging and full private dining and conference facilities in the Gallery - Boardroom and Red Room.

"1) I love Old Bank! I stayed there for a week. 2) I loved it so much that I extended my stay at the hotel reception for another day, only to find it was significantly more expensive than the price I booked through Ctrip. It seems Ctrip is still the best choice for booking overseas hotels. 3) I hope Ctrip can improve the interactive review experience for customers. Actually, before I booked this hotel, I saw a comment below from a guest who left their luggage at the hotel, but didn't open it and went straight to the airport to check it in. Upon returning to China, they discovered their valuables were missing from their luggage. They assumed it must have been stolen while they were checking it in at the hotel. I really wanted to reply to that comment, but unfortunately, I can't. It's highly likely that the guest's luggage was stolen at the airport. I don't know if their flight back to China has a connecting flight; if so, the chances are even higher. This is far more likely than the hotel staff opening your checked luggage and taking your belongings. You might have been more effective if you contacted the airline and the airport immediately. I've experienced this myself. Overall, I think the chances of this happening at Old Bank are very low."

"What a beautiful hotel. The hotel was full of character which we adored. The rooms were a delight, lovely decor and exceptionally clean. We hadn’t booked for dinner but the manager was very accommodating and got us in the restaurant. The evening meal was delicious and the breakfast included in our stay was also delicious. We would definitely return. A much needed child free night! Thank you"

This hotel is super close to Oxford Station, just right next door. From the pictures, I thought it might be a bit old-fashioned, but it seems to have been renovated. The room was relatively spacious and quiet, clean with no strange odors. There are only two floors and it's all stairs, but the staff were very helpful and carried our large luggage upstairs. We were able to store our luggage before check-in, and the front desk even provided a small map with suggested sightseeing routes, which was much appreciated. There's a small supermarket right next door downstairs, which was convenient for picking up supplies. It's also just a 10-minute walk to High Street and plenty of dining and shopping options. Oxford itself is quite small, so getting around is very easy from here.

The hotel is located at the city centre, just 3-5 minute walk from Westgate: can't be better: 5 stars The room is clean and daily house keeping did a good job: 5 stars Facilities are not perfect but understandable in limited space in an expensive city: 4 stars Service: Staff in general is professional and up to Courtyard standard ... EXCEPT the night shift assistant manager who made the check-in experience terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn’t call the night shift assistant manager’s attitude merely disappointing — it was astonishing. We arrived to check in around midnight, and it seemed we might have disturbed his sleep. He reacted with rudeness, even slamming the desk as he handed me the check‑in sheet, and curtly instructed me to sign it. It was already late at night, and after a long day of traveling I chose not to voice my disappointment at that time. However, I did not encounter him again in the following days during my stay. Indeed I sent a couple of messages through the booking agent to the hotel informing my late arrival, but none of them got a reply. Is it a normal practice (no response) of Courtyard?

The room key card was very unique. The Alice breakfast was a delightful surprise, and the lobby on the first floor had a nice ambiance. There's a museum right across from the hotel, and a bus stop next to it with service to Bicester Village, and apparently even to Blenheim Palace. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the train station.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable and tidy. The location is very convenient, close to Oxford city centre, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. The hotel has a slightly vintage / traditional style, which gives it some character, though it may feel a bit old-fashioned for guests who prefer a more modern design. One thing to note is that there is no free parking available, and the hotel does not offer on-site parking spaces. If you’re travelling by car, you’ll need to arrange nearby paid parking in advance. Overall, a clean and well-located hotel with a classic feel, but not ideal if you’re driving.

Close to the station and Oxford University, walking attractions are all done. The breakfast is rich and affordable. The room is also very good, spacious and comfortable. The only two dissatisfaction: 1. The old house has no elevator, there is a suitcase to move upstairs, the stairs are particularly narrow. 2. The front desk has to press the credit card 💳. I was afraid of being stolen and wanted to press cash to be rejected. I couldn't stay without giving him a visa credit card message. I was deadlocked for a while. I used the elderly card to press the message and locked the card directly. I don't know why it is so rigid.

Great stay and great customer service on arrival. breakfast was good as well with plenty of choices. Location is not too bad, in fact around 30min walk to city. On-site parking was provided. Amenities were just ok. Room was quite small but cozy. I was worried of the busy road at front, but it turned out to be ok for Sunday morning.

I can't even imagine it. Attic, I, a big man of 158cm, bumped my head 6 times in one night. Who would dare to imagine? It was so violent that I almost broke my cervical vertebrae. According to our country, it must be a single bed, but it is a double bed. It is extremely hot. There is a small electric fan with a tilted head, which sounds like a tractor. It was a lively night. There is no independent bathroom and the two rooms are shared. One, it’s convenient to take a bath, but I don’t have enough experience. I’m sorry.

Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good.
