The staffs are so helpfully. However the room is a bit too small, the room could use a small desk or chair. The toilet is clean but somehow had a bit of smell.

Was easy to locate especially for first timers in oxford. There was a convenience store & fast food van just opposite and was so perfect to get something to eat. Room was super clean although there was no intercom to communicate with the the receptionist as we had to go downstairs to complain when we had a issues with our toilet sink. However, it was quickly sorted and we were assisted to get another room asap

The first night their faulty sensor under the bed went off and it took them 20 minutes to turn it off. They didn't move us right away, until we complained the next day.
They claimed lots of their rooms have this fault and they are in the process of fixing them.
They promised compensation for the unpleasant stay, but they never did.
They also provided one towel for a two person room.

It was very clean and nice.
However, it was quite small and there were no tissues, which was disappointing.
I also had a hard time finding a place to put my luggage.
