The service is very satisfactory, but there is no elevator, so the waiter helped to take the luggage upstairs. The room is very clean and cleaned every day.

The hotel is very near to train station, everything is walking distance, service is good and there is a supermarket next to hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

Close to the station, the room is clean and feels like home. Biscuits and hot chocolate powder are thoughtfully prepared so that late-night visitors can have a snack before going to bed and feel warm.

The room is newly renovated, very clean, with complete facilities. The hotel is in an excellent location. It is the closest hotel to the train station and is within walking distance to the attractions.

The hotel is at a T-junction, the noise from the road vehicles is very loud, the sound insulation is not good, and I checked out half an hour after checking in. The hotel refused to change the room, saying that it was full and no refund was given. I learned a lot!

I booked 4 rooms for 5 nights, for five guests — 3 guests in the party traveling alone, and two guest sharing a room as a couple. We arrived early — paid in advance mind you. We were told checkin time was 3 PM, but we sat there and watched as multiple guests were given rooms before us. Our couple was given a very cramped room, that would not accommodate 2 suitcases. As a result you could only open the door half way. That room had only one chair, while the other 3 had two chairs and sufficient room. ALSO NOTE: THERE IS NO LIFT !!! One desk clerk was especially rude when I asked for help to adjust the rooms. The shower was low water pressure and leaked on to bathroom floor. While the rooms were clean, it is evident that management do not care about their guests — there were many staff who were kind and efficient.
