The hotel is nice and looks new. Bedding is very comfortable and clean. Staff is great and helpful. The only setback is its location; a bit far away from the city and within walking distance to the sea, but the area is very dirty and messy.

All the staff at Mercure are friendly except Ms. Resti, Ms. Resti, please be a little friendly to customers and smile. Overall, the rooms are comfortable, there are no problems at all, maybe only in poor locations, locations near residential areas. For Mercure class, this is a bit less than my expectations but it's comfortable if you want to try.
