When I was asked, the answer was all that was left. And all the management throw each other's responsibility. imagine a child under 12 should be different floors with his parents. very not. The location definitely in the central. Make us easy to explore the city. Known as an old hotel, but it was renovated and really looks like new hotel. The room is big and very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is nice, have quite lot of variety. Recommended...!!!

The room is comfortable. The room floor is comfortable to step on, not cold on the feet. The bathroom has hot water. There is a swimming pool on the 1st floor. Cool.. If you go to Padang, you will stay again at this hotel.

Overall good and we had the highest floor so it’s quiet and got the city view. breakfast has variety and tasteful. the front desk are helpful to assign me the best room and well informed about facilities . The room are clean as well as aircon works properly.. truly recommended hotel in the city

First time a hotel here. Strategic location, surrounded by many restaurants and cafes as well. For comfortable, clean rooms, cold ac. Comfortable beds can rest peacefully. Clean toilet, hot water too. Only wifi is a bit loose at 11pm up.

We were very well welcomed at the hotel. We were happy from cleaning the rooms to relaxing the beds.The water was full of eyelids with big gliders with a very large area.The animation fun that was held in the evening revived both our eyes and to spend time It was very well thought. This, coupled with the sky pool, offers an unparalleled experience that truly sets zhm Premier apart from other hotels in the city. However, I would like to suggest that the management consider designating the rooftop restaurant as a non-smoking area. Despite the air-conditioning, the presence of smoke can be a deterrent for non-smoking guests who wish to enjoy their meals in a smoke-free environment. Regarding the accommodation, I found the rooms in the old wing to be on the smaller side. While they were well-maintained and clean, guests looking for spacious accommodation might find them a bit lacking. Another issue I encountered was related to sound isolation. The walls in the old wing rooms did not seem to be sufficiently soundproofed, resulting in noise from other guests being clearly audible. This can be somewhat disruptive, especially during the night or early morning hours. Despite these minor drawbacks, the service provided by the staff was commendable. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. This, combined with the excellent rooftop facilities, makes the zhm Premier a strong contender among Padang hotels. In summary, while there are areas for improvement, the unique offerings and quality service make zhm Premier Padang a worthy choice. I look forward to seeing these improvements on my next visit, and I am confident that these changes will enhance the overall guest experience.

Hotel located in the middle of the countryside.. close to many places to eat.. many culinary nightclubs in front of the hotel.. hotel service is quite satisfactory. The hotel cleanliness is also quite awake.. breakfast variance is also quite a lot..
