I asked about 13 rooms one floor for that management spending with full payment capacity. and I had already solved 4 days before . In practice I gave 3 floors. When I was asked, the answer was all that was left. And all the management throw each other's responsibility. imagine a child under 12 should be different floors with his parents. very not. Recommend for group booking. @ottend

The location definitely in the central. Make us easy to explore the city. Known as an old hotel, but it was renovated and really looks like new hotel. The room is big and very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is nice, have quite lot of variety. Recommended...!!!

However, I would like to suggest that the management consider designating the rooftop restaurant as a non-smoking area. Despite the air-conditioning, the presence of smoke can be a deterrent for non-smoking guests who wish to enjoy their meals in a smoke-free environment. Regarding the accommodation, I found the rooms in the old wing to be on the smaller side. While they were well-maintained and clean, guests looking for spacious accommodation might find them a bit lacking. Another issue I encountered was related to sound isolation. The walls in the old wing rooms did not seem to be sufficiently soundproofed, resulting in noise from other guests being clearly audible. This can be somewhat disruptive, especially during the night or early morning hours. Despite these minor drawbacks, the service provided by the staff was commendable. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. This, combined with the excellent rooftop facilities, makes the zhm Premier a strong contender among Padang hotels. My recent stay at Hotel Santika Premier in Padang, West Sumatera, was nothing short of exceptional. SURFERS BEWARE. If you are booking for a surf trip, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. This hotel is completely unorganized, will lose your bag, and tell you ”too bad” with 0 compensation. Mercure Hotel gave me a claim tag for my surfboard bag with my name all over it, and still managed to mess that up and give my bag to someone else flying to another country. You will see walking into the hotel how unorganized the bag situation is. It took 5 days for them just to recover the bag. When the bag was returned, stuff in my bag was stolen including all of my fins which were needed to surf. This hotel single handedly managed to ruin a surf trip I saved up and planned for a year in less than 12 hours of me staying at the hotel. What is even more pathetic, they also refused to reimburse me for only a few sets of the fins, which is all I requested. I was incredibly patient, waited 11 days for them to get this figured out all for them to tell me sorry, we'll comp your room upon return. Comically bad experience Also, they play thumping music until 5am which other reviews have alluded to, so if you do not want that, find lodging elsewhere. One of the managers deletes their messages every 24 hrs, but here is a screenshot showing the basis of their communication, responded every few days with ”checking” or ”I'll let you know later”.

I’ve been staying at this hotel quite often this year yet this is the first review I make, especially after I made a pleasant room upgrade as an Accor Plus member. Originally booked a deluxe room, for a night during a weekend since I had an event to attend, asked the staff if the upgrade was possible during check in and turned out, a business suite room was still available. Unlike the superior or deluxe rooms, The business suite room is so spacious even there’s 3 or 4 of you inside. Got the minibar and water dispenser for yourself. You might get the bathtub in suite room if you stay in other hotel, but not in this hotel (or maybe applies in Ibis chains), I think that’s only the minus. Perfect for family vacation, I suppose, with one queen bed and one couch inside the room, and a lot of pillows. I always booked the room without breakfast so I can’t comment about that one. The rest of the review will be explained through the pictures I’ve taken.

Hotel located in the middle of the countryside.. close to many places to eat.. many culinary nightclubs in front of the hotel.. hotel service is quite satisfactory. The hotel cleanliness is also quite awake.. breakfast variance is also quite a lot..

Can't recommend this hotel enough. A truly delightful experience from check in to check out. The friendly staff were always smiling and making sure our experience here was of the highest standard, especially Alfano who appears to have been born to be a hotel manager. The rooftop pool provides a fantastic view of the ocean, surrounding jungle and the sprawling city of Padang. The food was great in the restaurants and the basement bar and pool room was a great way to relax with cold beers and a game of billiards. Definitely coming back.

We were very well welcomed at the hotel. We were happy from cleaning the rooms to relaxing the beds.The water was full of eyelids with big gliders with a very large area.The animation fun that was held in the evening revived both our eyes and to spend time It was very well thought. The staff worked and interested very well, I thank you for the interest and interest that Sezgin Brain showed us.

Very nice hotel, all the staff is great and helpful and the food is very delicious and there are great services that I recommend and every time I visit padang I live in it Thank you very much for their good treatment and good services. And I want to say thanks alot to mrs fajre for everything
