Room was clean, good breakfast started from 6.30 am. Hotel is closed to centrum of Page. Good location to Canyons. We will back there!

Most unpleasant staff ever seen. The lady at the checking was rude to all customers not only me. We complained because the pool was not open even though this was showing as open and she didn’t care and replied with very bad manners. There were workers at the pools going through renovation and they did not advise that anywhere.

The hotel is up to our expectation. No complaints at all, though the air conditioning unit is rather noisy.

The hotel is in a good location, but the indoor hygienic and clean conditions are not very good. The bedsheets are still stained after changing to another room, and there are toilet paper scraps on the toilet floor. The sound insulation of the room is very poor. The sounds from upstairs, next door and in the corridor are very clear.

The room is large and has standard hotel facilities. Convenient for gas and shopping nearby.

When checking in, we encountered something very speechless. When we were about to check in and open the door of the room we had arranged, we saw someone walk out of our room. We were really shocked. We went back to the front desk to report the situation. The front desk actually said that when we checked in, someone with a name very similar to ours took our hotel order without seeing it clearly and let others sign it. The key point is that this assistant manager’s name is Desiree!!! She also said very confidently that it was handled by her. She said that because the names were similar, there were many people who handled it and she didn’t check the names clearly. She apologized in a very high-sounding and perfunctory manner. This attitude, tone and expression can easily make people think of discrimination issues! Very upset! Afterwards, we complained to the hotel customer service phone and waited for the hotel to reply to the call later! What I want to say is that although this incident did not affect the use of our card, Desiree’s attitude made our experience of the hotel quite bad! !

The town of Page is not big, so geographically speaking, it doesn’t matter where you live. The hotel environment is very good. Breakfast is included. There are not many choices, but it is enough. The price is right, so you can choose from it.

The hotel is close to the Antelope Canyon Scenic Area. All facilities are relatively complete, the parking lot is relatively large, free breakfast is provided, and it is also very convenient to visit Lake Powell. It is highly recommended.
