bath is not clean..floor wall so wet.. warm food breakfast is not refilled. But Location is good, Near horseshoe bend. Almost so bad or not good except View and location and big size room.

Great location , nice breakfast

The room is comfortable. There are few breakfast options. The hotel is only 11 minutes away from Antelope Canyon. It's great. The receptionist at the hotel is very friendly and will solve any problems.

The equipment is old, but the overall stay is comfortable. The view of Xiyang from the balcony is very beautiful!

It wasn't bad

they claim to be wanting to go "green" and only refreshing towels etc. every 3 days-that is great!however,how about replacing your 1970's era toilet that flushes 20 gallons per flush and wasting water with something more efficient! they are not going green as their placards in the room say.."plush pillows" as they claim are best used for a childs bed or crib-bring your own.Also-if you request a handicap room-call them after reservation,they wont call you if not available,,,,,,you just get whatever they have.great price though on rooms

Friendly staff, great location, spacious rooms with high cleanliness. Only fault is no elevator in property.

I paid to have access to a balcony and the receptionist gave us a room on the back side of the property. Reviews about this place were awful and the staff that work there is not friendly at all.

The breakfast was great, and it was quiet. That's about all I can say positive. The carpet in our room became progressively more and more wet. There was a leak in the floor, I guess. They did offer us a different room, but we were only there to sleep and had already spread our stuff out so we just didn't walk around in our socks.

The hotel is very old. Even pop the power coz we used our Dyson hairdryer. The staff responded slowly. Location is great and breakfast was good

It’s so annoying when we book a room online with ******* and we get to the hotel and it is not available because they have been given out.

The hotel was very run down. Starting off, the bed was the most uncomfortable thing to sit on let alone sleep on. The shower only had hot water (no cold) so it burned us. The toilet barely flushed. The only upside was the staff was very friendly and accommodating

Property with location is good but horrible management and customer service. I booked a room with balcony but when i went to checkin, i was asked to pay a upgarde fee for it. As i was already there and we were tired to just get in the room, so ended up paying it. Bait and switch place better off paying little extra for another place.

Disgusting hotel. We checked in Friday night and immediately went to the Ballon festival that was happening that evening. When we returned that evening around 10 pm one of our beds was soaking wet. It was already 10 pm and didn't want to move after and entire day of driving and events so we stayed that night and checked out early next morning. Hotel will not refund for the night we didn't stay in this nasty hotel.
