Moon View Resorts

Rooms were good, hot water only available during morning, food very good. Location little far from main city. Some of the rooms had good view.

It is the worst worst worst property as staff is tooo rude no services requested water there is no water in the property after requesting multiple time they gave tap water which was having bad smell after complaining about that still no water was provided and then food made was so spicy that we could not have it as we were with childrens with us still they did not bother to change it or do anything and then after for dinner for we requested only 2 items instead of roti sabzi as to avoid spicy massala but then after we were offered with only 4 paratha how you can expect 6 people to have just 4 paratha after complain still ***ager was rude and not helpfull in any ways

Rooms are big and good. Location is good as near to lidder river where you can go and enjoy. Food is below average and unhygienic. Service is slow and you meed to call them multiple times for a small thing.

Rooms are not that wow or upto the mark, washroom shady, no AC , small fan in the room which could only provide air tp person sitting under it . 15km away from main city , which is the biggest turn off of this property . Food served was ok, nothing great about the property. 2 stars are justified.

We came to the moon view resort on 13 August 2022 at around 6:00 p.m. we got two room on first floor and second floor. Though room are good and clean but there was a issue of not having more fans on ceiling because we entered in room and there was very hot weather outside in Srinagar and also in Pahalgam so there was a single fan on the ceiling that is most sufficient for the room but later it's get cold. We take breakfast and dinner also there that is included in our package. General breakfast house good and having low spicy dinner. There is only one negative think about the hotel they didn't offer US welcome drink or free water they charge 300 rupees for water and tea to us. Overall stay was nice and good.

I was here with my family and we all are very disappointed with or food and cleanliness... They serve worst food and rooms are also not clean... When we complaint for the food to the waiter he told "owner ko ja k bolo main kuch nahi kar sakta" bedsheet on the bed was also not clean their was stains and hair on the bedsheet... Food for kids is also not available even if we pay extra for the same..... Very disappointed will never recommend to any one... Please dont visit if you have kids with you...
