We had trouble finding the Motel because the sign light wasn't on. I had received a text message with our room number and lockbox code to get into our room. There was no lighting so used a mobile phone then a torch from out of our suitcase. The numbers were metal so reflected back which made it hard to know if we had put in the correct number. Lucky I had a phone number on the text message just in case we had any problems. The lady (Anita) was sorry that we had been given the wrong number. She called the security people who arrived shortly after she did. Anita then went out of her way by taking Mum, who is 83, to find something for our dinner. We had booked an Access room so extremely surprised to find a spa bath with a shower in it. The next day Mum sorted a room change with the cleaner when reception was not open. We were all happy with the room. The beds were all really comfortable. The view out to the swimming pool made it look inviting. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned the next day. We were out from 9 until 1 pm by which time the cleaners had left. We stopped at reception on our way out after 3. She told my husband that the cleaners had been really busy and they didn't have time to do our room. We just wanted clean towels which seemed to be too much trouble for her. Upon getting back to our room at about 7 we noticed a large group of people using the swimming pool. We tried to go to sleep but the noise outside just kept getting louder. I ended up ringing Anita after midnight who surprisingly answered the phone and said she would send security around. I heard a man yell out for them to get out of the pool because there had been a complaint. The next morning Anita texted to apologise letting us know a staff member was staying at the Motel.
