Staff were super friendly. It was a good price for good accommodation, within walking distance from the beach, restaurants etc. Small things could have earned a full 5 star rating such as extra pillows as ours were a bit flat, having more toilet paper as 3 rolls single ply for 4 people on a 5 day trip didn’t cut it, but overall a good experience. The laundry was a bit dated so we ended up using the laundromat down the road, and we had no idea where the gym or restaurant was which would have been nice to have been informed of when we checked in.

Decent place, nice room, nice pool.
Tight car parking though as I had someone clash into my car while trying to turn around.

We had a very nice room which was very clean and we were close to some good bars that we had a good time at. We would definitely book at this resort again. Lovely friendly reception when we arrived.

Another great stay. I always stay here when in Paihia. Nice quiet location. The hotel is clean and feels very safe.

This was a great property, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Also about a 10 minute walk to where you pick up any boat trips

Manager said he knew TV was not working but did not tell us. Shower drain was blocked and stank, so could not shower. I found the bed to be clean but very hard. The room was clean but in poor condition with water damaged furniture throughout. At breakfast the tinned fruit was fermented and the dishes not very clean. We have stayed here in the past and had reasonably good things to say but not this time.
