Staff were super friendly. It was a good price for good accommodation, within walking distance from the beach, restaurants etc. Small things could have earned a full 5 star rating such as extra pillows as ours were a bit flat, having more toilet paper as 3 rolls single ply for 4 people on a 5 day trip didn’t cut it, but overall a good experience. The laundry was a bit dated so we ended up using the laundromat down the road, and we had no idea where the gym or restaurant was which would have been nice to have been informed of when we checked in.

Tight car parking though as I had someone clash into my car while trying to turn around.

We had a very nice room which was very clean and we were close to some good bars that we had a good time at. We would definitely book at this resort again. Lovely friendly reception when we arrived.

Für drei Erwachsene natürlich recht eng, das Bad ist aber ausreichend groß. Ansonsten wirken die Zimmer recht abgewohnt. Parken direkt vor dem Zimmer, Pool ansehnlich aber nicht genutzt, genauso wenig das Frühstücksangebot. Ruhige Lage, nahe am Pacific und unweit des Zentrums am Hafen. Personal sehr freundlich.

Our room was lovely, no problems there, shower could have been a little cleaner. But when we were leaving we used the main motels toilets and they were disgusting. Cobwebs everywhere, floor was so dirty, an over filled sanitary rubbish bin, and the taps looked rusty and filthy. I was so shocked, really put me off. Very disappointed 😢

Another great stay. I always stay here when in Paihia. Nice quiet location. The hotel is clean and feels very safe.
