BAD EXPERIENCE, POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE.
I quickly booked this accommodation which I found while looking for glamping in the Atacama Desert. Unfortunately the location indicated did not work. After contacting the accommodation for directions, they told me it was not in the Atacama Desert. It was located in another location 9 hours away from me, so I asked to cancel, be 24 hours in advance and refused to help me, the person in charge of customer service at the hotel treated me as tiring and told me that I had to cancel 5 days before, which was impossible since I had reserved this accommodation 48 hours before. So I lost my money and I was insulted by the hotel/campsite. I therefore advise you not to encourage this place which has no respect for these customers.

los domos son un fiasco, están en altura y una persona con restricción en sus movimientos le cuesta llegar a la habitación.No tiene ningun servicio, e restaurant no funciona.
El air acondicionado esta mal instalado, el aire frio se queda abajo en el primer piso y el segundo es inhabitable por e calor

Llegamos de noche y nos dirigimos a la cabaña 10, subiendo cerro arriba, con peldaños de durmientes y a distancias y profundidades irregulares. La cabaña 10, sin mesas, sillas, la taza del baño pegada a la muralla del frente. Grande y difícil de calefaccionar. Nos cambiamos a un domo, mucho mejor experiencia. Personal de recepción flojo y sin ganas, ni saludan. Gente de apoyo en comedor súper amables, pero se quejan de mal tratos de parte de gerentes. Mal, no volvemos, no lo recomendamos.

Una vista maravillosa de las estrellas al dormir. La piscina y el Desayuno para disfrutar. Una atención plena de cariño y esmero. Lo más increíble y digno de destacar es que olvidé 4 joyas de oro en el velador y me llamaron para informar que los habían encontrado y poder devolverlos. Felicitaciones y muy agradecida de su honestidad por unos artículos que más que su valor económico, tenía un valor sentimental invaluable.

La verdad que por el precio creo que no vale totalmente la pena, la gran gracia del domo es poder abrirlo en la noche y poder ver las estrellas, pero te llenas de zancudos y es imposible dormir (al otro día tuvimos que literalmente bañar en Raid el domo para poder dormir tranquilamente) y además son muy calurosos en verano. El baño nuestro se le salía toda el agua y dejaba todo mojado. El desayuno era bueno/casero, pero honestamente por lo que se paga, debiese ser tipo buffet, por otra parte, el domo principal donde sirven el desayuno también, muy caluroso, por ejemplo se veía la mantequilla derretida/yogures tibios, poca preocupación en ese sentido con los detalles en el servicio que marcan la diferencia. Para mi la relación precio-experiencia no fue satisfactoria, creo que pueden haber mejores opciones en el valle e incluso a un precio más conveniente

Magnífica experiencia, los domos familiares son amplios y muy bien equipados. El lugar es súper tranquilo, está en las afueras de Pisco Elqui a metros del Fundo Los Nichos. Estuvimos casi una semana completa, fue una estadía muy agradable. La atención es excelente, súper recomendado para ir en pareja o con niños. El desayuno es muy rico. Ximena, quien está a cargo del lugar, es lo máximo, súper preocupada y tiene los mejores datos de todo tipo de lugares y atracciones de la zona.

Our experience at Elqui Domos was nothing short of magical. Highly recommended! Starting with the drive from La serena and getting to the wonderful mountainous area of Los Andes, the view, the colours and the terrain is just breathtaking. Arriving at Domos, Camila was great, she made us feel welcome and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were great (our group had a Dome type and an observatory cabin). Both with clean bathrooms and wonderfully comfortable beds and sitting area. Morning breakfast and attention was great, they clearly wanted to accommodate our group by placing our tables together and being ready with coffee, tea, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, fresh bread, and preserves. Never felt rushed. We booked an Astro-Tour in English, and they delivered not only a great tour, but their knowledge and enthusiasm was so evident and refreshing. What a great team they make. The experience of being so close to the stars If anyone has the opportunity to visit, do not pass it up.
