Near to petrol station, free on site parking, good for self drive to Khao Yai National Park.

This was the most disappointing hotel I've stayed at in Thailand. Older hotels were cleaner, and those with newer facilities were still cleaner than this one. I can confidently say this place feels like it's been forgotten by its owner or management. 'Dilapidated' isn't an exaggeration; with a little modification, it could easily be a set for a zombie apocalypse movie. Don't even think about sitting on any visible chair or seat, or you might ruin your pants. Don't trust any corner, as insects and ants are everywhere – they even covered the toilet, making it impossible for me to use. In fact, the room itself could be an insect exhibition. You'll barely find any staff, and if you do, they've likely just woken up and are extremely lackadaisical. Breakfast wasn't even available by 9 AM. If you've been fooled by their pictures, I strongly advise you to give up on this place right now.

Every things are fantastic. The room is clean and nice. The staff are friendly and nice. The breakfast fantastic. Landscaping are beautiful.

Location very good. We book two of these rooms as we were a large family. Everyone was happy and food was good!

It was a big house with 2 bedrooms - 2 queen sized and 1 king sized bed. It had everything we needed. Buffet breakfast included. They gave us new towels and bottles of water each day. The surroundings were beautiful. Good location to explore Khao Yai area, with a petrol station and a convenience store nearby.

"Best bang for the buck" It was an okay house with okay amenities and services, and acceptable breakfast set. What sets it apart from other places is the house size, large rooms allow total relaxation. I'm totally happy if I'd have to return here again.

Nice experience to have one night stay in Mont Blanc. We rented a 3-bed of queen size bedroom, with a couch and rest area. Facing the mountain, a quiet environment surrounding.

We booked 2-bedroom house for 2 nights. House was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. Ambience was nice and quiet. However to improve by installing hooks in toilets and rooms for hanging clothes. The long table was great for group meals together. It would be good if a basin for washing utensils be installed near the refrigerator instead of bringing into the bedroom toilet to wash.

breakfast is served at 8 on a Friday, but 0730 on blends, it seems. depending on the other guest could be incredibly noisy. tent room looked nice but seems to be flaking and moulding. but still a comfortable stay.
