This was our first holiday in this resort . Honestly resort is very good staff as well specially thanks miss sayani activity manager who was taking care about sightseeing and discovery Central and arranged for us sightseeing and some good fun games . We really appreciate to her enjoyed a lot here . As well food was very tasty and yummy .. I will recommend you guys should come here.

Good Hotel... Nice room.... Rooms are very spacious...and neet and cleaned... Calm and quiet place... Hotel is in the main town... Breakfast was very tasty.. Customer service was very excellent... Cofee shop teams, house keeping, reception teams all are very friendly and very comfortable to talk.... Keep it up... Everything was ok..... Thank you for making a good stay....... Thanks to All👍🏻👍🏻

Myself& wife stayed bet 15th& 17 th April 24.Rooms were ckean& tidy. But no laundry service. Senior citizens like us carry less luggage on long trip,expecting laundry service in such expensive hotels. They said there's no laundry service for few days and no alternate arrangements could be made. Atrocious. Impolite and indifferent behaviour by receptionist. Where to search for laundry in unknown place? Only two attenders for serving all rooms. There's a delay. A/C remote was dysfunctional. Three times electricians came and finally second day night it was alright with simple replacement of battery cells!!!. Very unpleasant experience. The management can educate their receptionists ,especially an elderly one, as to how to behave with customers. Only good thing, their veg restaurant is good . But no idlies in the evenings! I won't recommend.

i havent eaten at the restaurant but at that time I had taken a distributorship of amway this was in 2003 or 2004-some of the amway meeting were held there at that time,am no longer in amway now-I stay at kunnathurmedu not far from the hotel-intend to visit the restaurant shortly.

You could see dust settled in the lampshades and it is covered completely with dust. The room had a musty smell all *****. There was no bedsheet given. The staff was very courteous.

Property was very close to palakkad town it was very convenient for us to reach hotel by walk it took us 15-20 min to reach the hotel by walk and about room and room service it is very convincing. Room service is excellent every order will be given to the room directly neat environment and room.

Excellent stay at district 9 hotel in palakkad. Room is pretty good. But this hotel is situated outside city. Break fast spead is excellent and quality food served in restaurant. Overall good stay at district9.
