Restaurant is available in the same premises. Nearer to bus stand. Autos are available nearby the hotel.

We were family of 4 and stayed in a triple ac room, quite big and adequate, 1 double and a single bed cots, extra bed was provided. 24 hours really hot water, 100 mtrs from inter state bus terminus, good quality restaurant. Staff were extremely friendly and nice. Only negative being restaurant mostly full in evening due to proximity to bus stand

It's an average stay facility. Containers used for room service lacks cleanliness. Pro is it's just near to ksrtc bus stand palakkad

Rooms were neat & clean, room service was also good, the only hitch was a public holiday in kerala & no dinner was available, that really did not go well in the total experience, otherwise ok

overall ambience and service was excellent.
but two concerns about receptionist.
1. i just asked about room service food available or not,but he forced me to come to hotel , room service is difficult, later i know that room service available, i went outside for food 2. i asked for my invoice by mail, he is not aware how to send invoice by email.
