"Check-in was smooth however no one came to take our bags to our rooms during check-in. Rooms were decent and clean. Some lights were not working. Room service was decent. Breakfast had modest options like South indian, bread eggs, juice etc. The drawback was the restaurant. We could go to the restaurant for dinner and they insisted we order from the rooms. They are only 4 options available for dinner which was disappointing. "

"I had a great time at Hotel Indraprastha...stayed there for 3 days regarding a dental procedure...the receptionist Athira was friendly and serviceable....felt at home because of the caring and affectionate approach from the receptionist and the rest of the staff...Food was exceptional and special mentions to the restaurant staff and Mr.Suresh. Should not leave before visiting the coffeeshop, special mentions to the restaurant manager Mrs. Aparna for her care and positive personality. Overall, a 10/10 experience."

"Kalyan tourist home is an old hotel. I took 2 rooms and we just spent a night there. It is just averagely maintained. The room size is small. There are no toiletries except for soap available, we had to insist the front desk to provide us with a dental kit. We also had to request for a 2nd towel in each room. The woolen blankets do not have cotton sheet underneath and we had to separately ask for it. The table clothes on the restaurant tables have dried food particles stuck to it. There is no tea/coffee making facility in the room. The food is good even though they have only a limited menu. The bathroom is good, clean and tidy with hotwater facility. There is an empty mini fridge they expect us to fill it with food/drinks. We did-not have breakfast as we had to leave early. They do not provide early breakfast."
