Check in faster. They keep calling and find out. Food is amazing. If two stay in a room both should be given access cards. One pillow height can be less.

Room service was not proper. They behaved very arrogantly and spent a lot of time waiting in the lobby during billing. Even drinking water was billed.

Not worth the money we paid. Palakkad is not so big a place and facilities in the hotel are not so great to charge exorbitant rates.
