Hotel Indraprastha provided one of the finest services in the industry during my stay there .The overall infrastructural facilities as well as their servicing was commendable. Would definitely choose Indraprastha for my next visit as well.

Excellent experience with wonderful staff who used to give Excellent customer support. Mainly Ms.Pooja (Customer Care Manager)who supported us very much in booking and explained us about the city details. Also there is ample parking space.

Very nice hotel..,, the hotel is in the town it's Calm and quite place.... Buffet Breakfast was very tasty.... Breakfast is different varieties is their. It was very tasty... Staff was very friendly and their service standard was very appreciable.... Keep it up 👍

We stayed for a couple of days at Indraprastha. Hotel is located at a Central location which is not too far off from station or highway to Coimbatore. We stayed in the premium rooms which was neat and tidy. Room service was prompt. Benny at the reception desk was helpful and courteous.

Comfort rooms, cozy ambience, neat and clean bathrooms. Room service is good. Didn't try though, but ither guest told the travel service is also excellent. Food in the vegetarian section , which I have tried is a gastronomical experience altogether

I am from Coimbatore and my son’s marriage was conducted in Palakkad from 27th to 30 th May. I was advised by my friend to book guests in Hotel Indraprastha in Palakkad. I needed 26 rooms for my guests. I am happy to write that, from the first visit to check the property till the guests checked out of the hotel the entire process was executed by the hotel staff with clock precision. The checking process was streamlined so efficiently that guest were able to check in two minutes. The checkout was as also very easy. I am personally thankful to the GM of the hotel Mr. Ajesh who was immensely helpful and personally ensured my guests are absolutely comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel for group booking.

The hospitality was absolutely fantastic loved the stay. The staffs are really nice and helpful. Security chettan is a gem loved it. And the food.. oh my God everything is perfect. It's in a great spot, nice ambience and I'm gonna surely rate this place a five ⭐ star.

We had a very pleasant stay at Indraprastha. The staff was very cordial and accomodating. It gave an old world feel which was quite comforting. The spread for the breakfast was really good with a lot of variety. Best wishes to the team, please continue the good work.
