Hotel la Malcontenta

Un trato exquisito por parte de todas las personas que nos han atendido. El desayuno perfecto.Los amenities del baño muy bien. El restaurante calidad-precio es correcto. El entorno bien cuidado y la piscina en buenas condiciones. Necesita mejorar en mantenimiento para ser un cinco estrellas: la limpieza justa, no funcionaba el secador, el espejo roto, el grifo del baño pierde agua y dos bombillas que no funcionan. Un tema a clarificar es la aceptación de mascotas. No consta en la web y en el desayuno y en el restaurante pueden acceder perros, hecho que provoca momentos incomodos entre los comensales. Hotel que por una categoría de 5 estrellas necesita mejorar, se encuentra en estado de decadencia.

Hotel antiguo con mucho encanto. Habitación grande y cómoda. Personal muy amable. La finca esa muy grande y los alrededores son muy bonitos.

Hotel pequeñito y con mucho encanto, cerca de la playa de Castell (Palamós). Sólo tienen 14 habitaciones, pero el complejo tiene una capacidad mucho mayor. Nos encantó la decoración del hotel en general y de la habitación (2 suites enormes y preciosas con balcón). Resto de servicios de lujo; la atención del personal, el desayuno espectacular, la comida del restaurante (nada caro), todo excelente. Mención especial para las mascotas, dejan que las mascotas se muevan por todo el hotel y nos vino perfecto, no lo habíamos visto antes en ningún lugar. Puede parecer molesto para el resto de los clientes, pero en general no creo que haya conflictos si la gente respeta las normas. No voy a negar que le falta un poquito de mantenimiento en general, pero en ningún caso nos condicionó las vacaciones. No es un establecimiento económico, pero vale mucho la pena.

I wonder about the state of the restaurant's kitchen having seen that of the hotel. What a shame one of the The most beautiful establishment in Emporda in this state with excellent staff. Una experiencia única, un hotel precioso para relaj**** y un restaurante con un menú muy economico y buenísimo. Los camareros y personal muy simpáticos, Judith y Oscar nos atendieron de la mejor manera possible.
