"We came here for a meal one evening. They have been extremely welcoming and really helpful. Sergio (I hope I have spelt that correctly, sorry if I haven't) has been brilliant all evening very accommodating, has answered every question we have had. The other waiters have also been brilliant and accommodating. Will definitely come back here again. The food was really good. Loved my monk fish. I am not very good with fish bones and they removed them for me."

"We had a lovely stay. On arrival our room was upgraded to a sea view room, which was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We had both breakfast and dinner each day, the food and service was excellent. We found all the staff polite and very helpful. We will definitely be returning."

"Stayed for 7-nights and used as a base to explore the region. Hotel is lovely with great staff who really look after you. There is a swimming pool, beautiful grounds and a Michelin starred restaurant onsite. The breakfasts are really good with options including continental, and freshly cooked to order eggs of your choice. The rooms are comfy with a great shower and products. The hotel is a restored mansion and is very nice with care taken to retain the original features of the building. The lady who does the breakfast is lovely and takes time to chat with guests, she prepared an early breakfast for my wife and I due to very early departure which was most appreciated."

"Correct, clean, and well-located. But reception was both very good and very bad. A charming young brunette with long hair explained everything to us and recommended places to see and eat. She was very friendly and very professional. Not so her colleague, an older woman with medium-length blond hair, who, despite being much older than her colleague, was not at all professional. When they asked us to sign the data protection form, I went straight to sign it, and I asked to read it first. That's a right I have. The young woman very kindly looked it up and put it in our favor, and the older woman said, "Oh, let's see if they'll leave me something in the will," as if mocking us for wanting to read the contents before signing, when everyone should do so. It was a completely untimely and out-of-place comment. I didn't trust this woman to address me in this manner; she's not my "colleague," and I'm a client exercising a right that she must respect. A little more professionalism, please; she's more than old enough to know how to behave."

"The service was good and all were very friendly. The location is very good. Most of the nearby attractions can be reached within 20 minutes by car. The room is also very clean. Parking is very convenient. There are blue lines or parking lots nearby for affordable parking."

"A comfortable hotel situated three streets back from the beach. The staff were very friendly and they provide free towels for the beach and for their small outdoor pool. We didn't have much of a view from our balcony but this was more than made up for by the incredible spread at breakfast - it was fantastic and delicious."

We have been given room just above the restaurant kitchen and as a result we did not sleep all night as they have kitchen extractor working all the time (i have never heard anything that loud!). We have specifically requested when making the reservation not to have this room (it was obviously ignored). During check-in we're told the fan is only when kitchen is on and would be off at 10pm. Obviously it wasnt (it is on all the time as all kitchen refrigerators are connected to that and they cannot switch it off). None should be accommodated in such room !!! They lied about this problem at the first place and when complained in the morning we have been given to be moved to the 'shed' accommodation (mouldy, totally different standard) which of course is not a solution as we paid for this place the full price. I have never seen such horrible guests service. I just want to leave this place (but of course hotel is not supporting the refund). NIGHTMARE on holidays!!!"
