"Correct, clean, and well-located. But reception was both very good and very bad. A charming young brunette with long hair explained everything to us and recommended places to see and eat. She was very friendly and very professional. Not so her colleague, an older woman with medium-length blond hair, who, despite being much older than her colleague, was not at all professional. When they asked us to sign the data protection form, I went straight to sign it, and I asked to read it first. That's a right I have. The young woman very kindly looked it up and put it in our favor, and the older woman said, "Oh, let's see if they'll leave me something in the will," as if mocking us for wanting to read the contents before signing, when everyone should do so. It was a completely untimely and out-of-place comment. I didn't trust this woman to address me in this manner; she's not my "colleague," and I'm a client exercising a right that she must respect. A little more professionalism, please; she's more than old enough to know how to behave."

"We spent 9 nights at this lovely little hotel in September 2025. We have stayed a few times before and will return again next summer. The rooms are lovely, large and spotlessly clean, nicely decorated with a modern bathroom with powerful shower,the air conditioning is perfect and the rooms are quiet with really good double glazing to keep the rooms peaceful. The large balcony is lovely to sit out on. The beds are comfortable and large. The restaurant is truly outstanding, popular with non guests as it has been for years. The courtyard garden is absolutely lovely for a shady retreat from the sun and at night comes alive with candlelight, it's a beautiful place for an evening drink or supper. The staff are friendly and professional, relaxed and unhurried even when busy. This hotel will not disappoint, really good value for money , it's a lovely place with the best breakfast buffet in Palamós, we are already looking forward to next summer."

"Difficult to wax too lyrical as, on the one hand the whole experience was perfect in every way - the setting - at the top of a valley overlooking vineyards, with Palamos in the distance and the sea beyond - the food and wine, all of which are grown/produced on site - ecologically. Even their own olive oil and honey. The chef is a genius and produces meals with exquisite care and the flavours are of an era long before preservatives and chemicals ruined our appreciation of what real food tastes like! On the other hand they only have nine rooms and I’m concerned that too good a review will have the place sold out forever! And I intend to go back. Frequently. For peace, tranquility and gourmet food and wine it surpasses any wellness spa I’ve ever visited. At a fraction of the cost! And the staff? I have best friends whom I love less. They couldn’t do enough for us. Just a wonderful experience. Our final evening meal - billed as tapas - ( main meal is Lunch) - was wild boar stew, served with their own fig preserve as an accompaniment. If I never eat anything again…..I’ll have ended on the perfect meal. Thank you, Team Bel Lloc!"

"A comfortable hotel situated three streets back from the beach. The staff were very friendly and they provide free towels for the beach and for their small outdoor pool. We didn't have much of a view from our balcony but this was more than made up for by the incredible spread at breakfast - it was fantastic and delicious."

"Called in for lunch whilst cruise ship docked in Palamos. From the street you enter a lovely courtyard garden shaded with trees and greenery.You can dine outside or in the air-conditioned rustic restaurant.We chose the 3 course menu of the day which included bread and wine, beer,soft drink or water, outstanding value at 15.25 euros per person for tasty freshly made food.There is also an a la carte menu with local fish/seafoood and rice dishes at reasonable prices.The service is quick and friendly, no wonder it was busy with locals and tourists on a Monday lunchtime.Highly recommended if you are in the area."

"Small and charming hotel, near Castell beach (Palamós). They only have 14 rooms, but the complex has a much larger capacity. We loved the decoration of the hotel in general and the room (2 huge and beautiful suites with balcony). Other luxury services; the attention of the staff, the spectacular breakfast, the food in the restaurant (not expensive), everything excellent. Special mention for the pets, they let the pets move around the entire hotel and it was perfect for us, we had not seen it anywhere before. It may seem annoying to the rest of the clients, but in general I do not think there are conflicts if people respect the rules. I will not deny that it lacks a little maintenance in general, but in no case did it affect our vacation. It is not a cheap establishment, but it is very worthwhile."

"During a visit to the winery with my children on August 12th, my wife fell because we were only lit by the light from our phones. She tripped on wooden beams supporting barrels and broke her wrist. Emergency services had to take her to the hospital in Palamos. This winery, which offers high-end restaurant and hotel services, didn't even bother to take our contact information to check on my wife. I don't recall hearing any apology from them, even though they are clearly responsible. I would like to remind everyone that there is no lighting system in the winery, supposedly to preserve the wine. We are very shocked by this lack of consideration. We will not be returning to this estate."
